I used this company to repair some equipment in my restaurant. From the summer of 2021 to April 2022 CE Holt came out numerous times to repair the same piece of equipment having the same exact issues. The piece of equipment was under warranty until Jan of 2022. December of 2021 they informed us they needed to order a part that would not be here until Jan of 2022. In Jan they came in and replaced the part but charged us. They had to come back in March, and then again in April to work on the same piece of equipment that was having the same exact issues it had all along. In one of the invoices the tech admitted he had ordered or installed the wrong part (unclear exactly what he meant in his writing). This company tried to tell us the issues causing the malfunctions were actually different and we weren't using the equipments (refrigerator placed too closely to a stove, we are a franchise and use all the same equipment in the same places as other locations and they have no issues) correctly so the warranty was void. They continued to charge us for working on the same piece of equipment. I called to dispute and go over the invoices and they threatened to have me served. They did offer to take off a labor charge on one of the visits. For this visit I personally called the office to ask to be notified before the tech came in because the piece of equipment could not be maintenanced during operating hours. Their tech came at noon, I told him that we would have to shut down the entire store and also asked why I wasn't notified or called ahead of time. They charged us for his visit, and this is the labor charge they removed form our invoice. I would never ever use this company or recommend to anyone.
