The most disorganized HVAC shop I have ever worked with.
Have no inventory of their products.
Wasted my time twice.
They made multiple false statements in an attempt to avoid providing warranty coverage for one of their part manufacturers.

Mike and Tony at this location are great to deal with. They were super friendly and helped me resolve a warranty issue even though I wasn't the HVAC contractor. When I called the other major supplier in town (RE Michel Company), they were terribly rude to me because I was a consumer and not an HVAC contract. They made multiple false statements in an attempt to avoid providing warranty coverage for one of their part manufacturers. Tony and Mike understand that the ultimate customer is the home owner and businesses where the parts are installed and that it's good business to treat all people with respect regardless of the situation.

Cant believe this place only has 3 stars! These are my guys! Always hospitable, great customer service and always very helpful. My favorite one to go too. They even had Xmas breakfast for us not too long ago! Lol . Highly recommend to any techs out there. Shoutout to Mike, Tony, Paul, Derek, Dillon and the rest of those boys!
