HAYNES Heating & Cooling

We have had some odd issues with our gas boiler/radiator heat. Haynes was recommended to us by a neighbor who had a similar heating system (old house/neighborhood). Haynes scheduler said they would send out Sergey who is the "boiler" expert. He was proficient, professional and pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and also helped to install a new thermostat which required running a new electric line as well as changing the circuit board to include another common wire to the thermostat. He was also very informative with regards to the working of certain aspects of the boiler (overflow tank, etc). Not only are we pleased to have reliable heat, the service visit experience was delightful! Thanks Haynes and Sergey!!!!

My boiler/radiant heat system stopped working and a Haynes service technician came out the same day and got the hot water and heat working. The technician, Sergey, was very pleasant, professional, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problems. He was familiar with the Trianco HeatMaker Mark II boiler and was willing to explain what he was doing as he repaired it. Super nice guy who really knows his profession. I would definitely call Haynes for any future problems.

We had problems with our HVAC system over Christmas. We called Monday am and Sergey the service tech texted right away and told us we were on his list and would get to us the same day.
We touched base later in the day and he told us an estimated time and contacted us again when he was on the way. He fixed the problem and redid somethings the other company had messed up. Sergey was a real professional and we thank him for getting our HVAC back up and running. We will request him for all of our maintenance calls. Thanks Haynes & Sergey.

I had HB Haynes install a whole house humidifier in my home and the entire process was seamless. Michael Blalock helped me choose the right solution for my needs, gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to schedule the installation within two weeks. We had our filters changed as our normal rotation, the technician Carson was very respectful of being in a business setting as we had clients in the store at the same time. He was very professional.

A/C unit completely stopped working while we were sleeping last night, called at 8 a.m. this morning and had a technician out at the house by 2 p.m same day. I wasn't physically present myself, but the issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed within a very short time period. Was told they were friendly and efficient. Thank you guys again, we will definitely use Haynes for our future heating/air issues!

We had a mini-split system installed to augment our basement apartment. Haynes Heating and Cooling provided the most cost effective bid. The job was scheduled the same week around our schedule. And Chuck and his crew finished the job in a day. The line set and conduit was covered or trimmed out nicely. Our floor was covered while the crew worked inside and everything was cleaned up before they left. I'm extremely happy with the job overall. This is my third experience with Haynes companies. We've also contracted with Haynes for a small plumbing job and an electrical service change-out. Based on our consistent experiences I'm not sure why anyone in this area would contract with anyone else.

I definitely called the right place. My air conditioning wasn’t working and Sergey came out within 1/2 hr. He was thorough in cleaning the filters, adding freon and fixing wiring that was damaged and tested everything. Very kind, efficient, knowledgeable, integral and respectful. I am quite impressed with his work and Haynes’ expediency and cost (very low) with my situation. I highly recommend them! Thank you Sergey!

Haynes has made the furnace replacement process as quick, cheap, and painless as possible. Everyone I've dealt with has been both professional and super knowledgeable. I rarely write reviews/give recommendations, but I'll gladly make an exception for this company. 5/5
