JB's Heating and Cooling

Had a great experience with JB and his team. Outside condensing unit stopped working as temps started heating up in Jun. JB was recommended and service manager showed up the day after I called to troubleshoot. Found leak in outside unit, offered me options of repair or replace...we decided replace given the age of unit. Was told it could be as much as two weeks for the install given the back log of work as temps were on the rise. Next day (Wed) was asked if Sat installed would be OK since they had a slot open up. Then the next day (Thurs) was asked if I was OK with Friday (the next day!). Obviously, we were thrilled...unit install went off without a hitch thanks to expert effort by Major, Jeff and Daniel. Was very pleased with the overall experience from JB and his team. Hope I never have another HAC issue but, if I do, I will be calling them ASAP

When I called for appointment for a faulty AC unit, was told the service call would be $75. Technician showed up in timely manner, found freon was low on older AC unit. They billed me for $85 service call and then a $15 trip charge.
They also quoted new AC unit to replace old. I ended up getting 3 quotes and theirs was $1,100 higher on comparable unit.

JB's heating and cooling restored heat to our church and parsonage in a timely manner. They are a knowledgeable and reliable group. We thank the Lord for them.
