The guys came were pretty good guys. When look and the repair saw what did it was done right.
Now we are wait on them to and flush out are sewer like were they would do.

We had our (non-emergency) problem diagnosed and repaired within a week. Both plumbers we worked with were very informative, kind, and honest. Thank you so much for your help!

Jason G. was very helpful with snaking out the sewer line, which was clogged and starting to back up into my basement. He was personable, explained what was happening, and how he was going to solve the problem. The work was done on a Sunday, when many other places were too booked up or not answering my calls for assistance. Thank you for your help!

My sewers clogged with roots and the first visit yielded no results and a higher bill then promised. I was not pleased but understand things come up.

Upon telling them I was unhappy and because they had to come back to finish the job with larger equipment, they offered to help by finding the most cost effective solution to my problem when they could have simply charged me the highest price and told me to deal with it.

Their honesty was commendable and will now use them for all issues in the future.

I'm so pleased by the quick response time and incredible communication with this company. My house flooded on a Sunday morning, and these guys were so quick to respond when I called them! They were patient to walk me through some things over the phone, and since I was leaving to go out of town the next day I was okay to turn off the water main. While I was gone, a friend came to my house to let them in, and they explained it all over the phone to me again. They gave me an estimate for the work that was needed, and I gave the approval for the work. They did it quickly and were on their way. This most recent time I called them was the second. The first time was due to another leak I had for a separate issue upstairs. I had waited and waited on Cellino Plumbing to call me back, which they never did, so when one of my friends told me of his great experience with the Plumber, I called them and they came out quickly that time too. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and its staff!

We have a home warranty service through HomeServe for our apartments. They use The Plumber to make repairs. They are reliable and do excellent work. Today I had Will remove a section of copper pipe in our
crawlspace and replace it with a length of pvc. Excellent repair, good service and a great plumber.

Called to get a spoon out of my garbage disposal. Ten minutes max, pulled out spoon and flipped switch back on. They tried to charge me $185 for that! When I told him I had used another plumber (wish I had called him) they gave me bargain price of $160. After call to owner who clearly did not care that I was displeased I had to pay $125. I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend them to someone. Huge rip off!!!

Had air conditioner checked. Mike was very professional, explained everything to me. He replaced a part. I am very happy and cool.

The plumber repaired my water service line. They did a quality water line repair and made every effort to minimally disrupt water service during the service. I fully recommend them for any plumbing repair.

Very pleasantly surprised at how fast & easy it went. The people who answered the phone were extremely nice .( No waiting or being put on hold forever) plumber showed up in just a few hours, (as promised) got right to work, finished the job with no pressure to purchase more services or or products.
