Had an issue with the hot water line in the kitchen. Initial repair seemed ok, but a day later the hot side of the faucet was just a trickle. With a second visit, a small piece of rubber was found blocking the line and now everything seems to be working the way it should! I really appreciated the concern for customer satisfaction- they’re committed to their work. I’m Glad they stand by that work.

Someone came out and diagnosed the problem and I was then asked to pay the service fee. After the fee was paid, I was told that I needed a new part and they would do their best to find it. The worker then went back to the truck and made some calls. About 20 minutes later, I was told that they could not get the part, but he encouraged me to search on my own and if I could get it then they would install it.

The worker left and did not provide me with a receipt. I called them back the next day and requested a receipt, which they provided. I called the company several times as I was able to obtain the replacement part, They told me multiple times that someone would call me back but, I was never contacted. This led to me exploring other options to have my furnace repaired.

Overall, the company is very unresponsive and lacked professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time and pocket book.

We had an emergency plumbing repair needed that occurred on Sunday. Called The Plumber first thing in the morning and they had Jarrett out on the job by noon. We were so grateful. Jarrett was respectful of our home, polite, professional, and clearly explained everything we was doing. He was also very tolerant of our dogs..lol. The only concern we have is that we thought the pricing was a bit on the high side.

I just got my furnace fixed by Plumbers heating and plumbing. This is the fourth time they have been in my home for repairs. They have been excellent at all furnace and plumbing issues. Always on time and will bend suit my needs. Their technicians are great and I will always ask for them when I call for help. I give them 5 stars

Jason was very informative and thorough. After realizing that there was a major issue with the drainage system he immediately contacted the powers that be and reduced my stress. They put in the work order and I will receive a call soon regarding their start date. Jason is definitely The Man!👌😀

My mom was home so that the plumber could have access to the basement double sink. When I did see the work yesterday afternoon, I noticed that the PVCs were replaced and the job was very professionally done. We had been dealing with "makeshift" work from other plumbers. This looks very well done. Thank you.".

I would not use these folks again.

They performed a warranty repair of my water heater which required it be replaced. The first visit they did not show up for, and called that evening to apologize and reschedule. It took them 3+ weeks to get the paperwork to the warranty company (which they blamed, while the warranty company took only 1 hour to approve the claim once received). They scheduled the installation and did another no-show, call late to reschedule. Installed on a Friday, left and said it would be a few hours for hot water. I called after several hours to say "no hot water" and they said they'd be out. Called the following day, "not sure if we can come tonight, but will Monday". They called Monday to say ... can't make it, but will come Tuesday morning. Came, looked it over and claimed it was a defective water heater, and that it was my problem because the warranty company told them they would not pay to fix it. Called and spoke with the "supervisor" who denied any responsibility and said it was all the fault of the warranty company.

I decided to take things into my own hands and called the manufacturer. They said they'd spoken with the installer and told him he didn't follow the installation instructions and burned up the heating element. They said they had told him they would "as a courtesy to me" provide a replacement at no cost, but it was his responsibility to install it ... correctly this time. I took down the information to pick the replacement part from LOWES at NO COST TO ME, and installed it that evening. The original part was burned up because he turned it on before filling with water. If there's a way to upload a photo, I'll post a picture of the burned element.

They had the nerve to attempt to collect the installation and repair fees from the warranty company.

Unbelievably frustrating experience. I paid a bunch of money to have a broken pipe and roots removed and replaced, and was led to believe (as was noted on the invoice) that the repair went all the way to the main sewer. It did not, the replacement pipe ends almost 8 feet before the main. When I called to have this issue addressed, the original tech was incredibly rude and unprofessional, told me he would talk to his boss to see what could be done, and then they've basically ghosted me since then. I'm not surprised, because I've been calling for six months to have them do the reconstruction service since they literally left pieces of old broken clay pipe in my yard. Anytime I call the office, they give me the same blow-off line "we'll email it to the main office and let them know." So dishonest and lacking in integrity, don't ever use this company if you actually want your plumbing issues solved correctly.

My drain in the basement was backed up (clogged with grease & who knows what. I couldn’t use my washing machine cause it would food the area. They were very good at what they did. I am very pleased with their work.
