Talked to Mark. I had an active water leak in an apartment which I was told I needed a plumber to fix. Mark told me all the reasons he didn't want to come do the job including telling me he would charge $200 just to show up per hour. Clearly didn't want to work on a Saturday morning and was a jerk on the phone. I manage quite a few properties in Syracuse and will never call this company again.

Technician crossed the wires on my furnace while I watched and fried the electric for the gas valve. Then he said he couldn’t find the parts for it anywhere but charged me for his service? I was forced into buying a new furnace. Wrote an email to owner and they never followed up. Not a good recommendation.

If you have plumbing needs, do not hesitate to contact this company! Ask for Kristen, who will provide excellent customer service, efficient response time, knowledge about the parts and job you need completed and a sincere willingness to help.

Potter & Perrone Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my defective piping in my basement at a very reasonable price. They did not pad the estimate with additional unneeded work as compared to the other contractor's estimate which was 4 times higher.

When my hot water tank was leaking all over the cellar, they responded in a friendly, courteous manner and came to thehouse in an hour. they replaced the tank, took out the old one and completed the work in a few hours at a reasonable price. can't ask for anything more.

On the Hottest day..my Central Air went out. Call spoke to Kirsten, and she go me in that day. They were very prompt in coming once I made the call. Ryan was very polite and explained things well. I will be calling to get my furnace service and I will ask for Ryan. Thanks again

I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing and HVAC service requirements.

Changed over 250 and did nothing said the system was old. Claims the high rate was after hours even tho we had an appointment at 5 and they were running 3 hours late. These scam artists shouldn’t be in business!

They were very prompt in coming once I made the call. Evan was very polite and explained things well. Explained what to say to OCWA in regards to what I had to do to get the main water off. Once that was done it went very smoothly.

I experienced countless issues with the quality of work performed by Potter/Perrone. Their work is sub par and was left unfinished. When I called to talk to a manager he stated "you must be be one of those Hillary Clinton types who don't want to pay for anything".

I would NEVER refer Potter/Perrone and urge you to share this so others don't have the same experience.
