No heat after a snow storm is never convenient, our inducer motor on furnace died during the night and we woke up to a cold house! I called first thing in the morning when their office opened at 7 am, they got someone out to the house to look at it by 9 am and it was fixed by 10! Even with the tech having to go out to get the replacement part. I'd call that excellent service. The price we very reasonable, I would not hesitate to call them again if needed or refer them to someone else. Great job!

Unfortunately my poor experience trying to get pricing out of this outfit has led me to write my first review. I recently had a commercial project that I wanted to price out, I reached out and was told to email two gentleman about it...no response. I followed up on it several days later to yet again gain no response. I called back to follow up for the 3rd time and I get a response that its their way of saying they are not interested. I find that extremely disrespectful since it leaves me hanging in the breeze thinking maybe they were working on it. As business that serves people there is no telling when work could fall out or a project be dropped leading you to need another to fill its place. Could have been mine but instead you ignore projects rather then politely responding your not interested or putting a number together with a respective lead time. I have been in the commercial industry for awhile now and have many more years to come and I will not be recommending anyone to reach out for a bid. Sad to see such a small city plagued with such business ethics.

Experience was very good. I was called ahead of time to let me know when to expect their arrival. Employee wore booties when in the house to protect our hardwoods. He was polite, professional, and informative throughout the process. This was work on a vintage toilet, and although parts had to be special ordered(which we expected), we were kept informed from the ordering, receipt, and the rescheduled visit. They arrived again and very efficiently completed the repair. This is the second time I've used this company and I plan on utilizing them for years to come.

We had Potter come to our home to check our A/C unit because it was not working properly. They discovered a freon leak, so they did add 2 gallons? $500 later, they said, we needed to replace the unit, but they would credit the $500. toward the final bill. They NEVER called with the estimate. We called and requested it again- and were told they "lost our paperwork but they would get it right over to us. Again- NEVER received it. Ended up going with another company.

We needed to have Merv 13 filters installed in our AC unit for our boutique fitness studio. From the first phone call we had to all the follow up and to everyone I spoke to in the company - everyone was so professional, positive and kind! One of the best experiences I have ever had with service to our studio! Highly recommend!!

To the person who answered the phone this morning, June 23, at 8:00. You recommended Crane Company to “snake” out my Mother’s sewer in Syracuse. Kris, the tech, was amazing. He was at her home in approximately 1 hour. He was highly professional and got the job done! Earl was very helpful and efficient! I had been waiting for over two hours from a call through a different company and decided to try something else.. Our house was down to 52 degrees. He was very understanding and made it a priority to immediately go to my house to see what the problem was with my furnace. He fixed it in a timely manner and the heat is running properly now!

I returned home from work on a Friday night to find my furnace broken down, of course after having had a sizable snowstorm the night before and very frigid temperatures outside. I called Potter Perrone and the on-call technician, Kevin, called me back very promptly and was at my house probably within an hour. He identified the problem as a seized inducer motor. Being late on a Friday night, none of the parts suppliers were open to provide the new motor, although he did make several calls to attempt to locate a part that evening. He assured me that the part would be available in the morning and that he would be back after picking up it up. Saturday morning after picking up the part, my furnace was back up and running again with 15 minutes of arrival. I am very pleased with my overall experience. The technician was polite and got the job done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable rate, especially for an after hours call.

Called Perrone to have a potential leak checked behind the bathroom wall; Mark was very professional and thorough in checking it out for me. He even checked a couple of other things I'd noticed around the house, and answered a few questions I had.

It ended up not being a plumbing issue so no repair was involved
