I can’t say enough about the guys at Chiodo. When they say they aren’t comfortable until you are, they mean it.
Very fair price and excellent customer service.
Kudos to Jon, Paul and Chris you went above and beyond to get the new unit in as fast as possible. Special shout out to Zach for having to crawl under our house in the cold temp. You guys rock.
We will be using Chiodo for all of our heating and air conditioning issues from now on. Thanks again guys. It was a real pleasure doing business with you.

Heating & Air Conditioning Tech-Adam-came for our scheduled furnace Maintenance check on time, by the way called 15 minutes prior to confirm his arrival time. He was properly prepared with the appropriate tools and parts just in case. Adam discovered a part that was very soon to go which would have burned out the furnace motor causing angst and potential severe interior damage. The part was replaced after he took the time to explain its function and to introduce an annual maintenance plan that would give us a parts discount now and in the future plus included my spring a/c inspection. All work completed in a timely fashion with complete cleanup. We have had Angelo Chiodo do all our inspections and air duct cleaning for years. There is no one else we trust. We highly recommend for maintenance, inspections, and installation of any heating and air conditioning needs. 5 stars!

Chiodo's has been doing good work for years.. Dave Kushin was great. We have an in attic unit and he never complained of heat etc. Appreciated his skill and the pricing was fair. Will call and ask for him again.

From estimate to end they did what they promised. They came to my house because my central air condenser (outside unit) was crushed by ice. The rest of my system was in perfect working order. They estimate the replacement of that part, as I needed it done cheap. They advised of a day they would replace it and the cost. On the day of the install the condenser was damaged so they replaced with a higher end unit at no additional cost on that day because that's what they promised. I kicked on my AC a few days later, and I had an issue with the system. I called them and they came over that day and fixed it immediately. I have received amazing service and I'm staying cool on those hot and humid days.

You installed our AC back in 2004, we only have had to have you do maintenance on it a few times. You are very professional, knowledgeable, caring & affordable. It is so greatly appreciated & thanks for coming quickly during this heat wave recently! It is working well once again!

Very frustrated with the service weve gotten with our Central Air installation. We asked for specific components to be added to our a/c unit at the recomendation of a family member who has hvac experience. We were given a bit of a hard time about it initially, but eventually got this resolved and agreed to pay the additional cost for the components. On our installation day the serviceman forgot these hardware pieces. He offered to come back another day to install, but stated it would take longer becsuse he had to drain the system to install. We were up front about scheduling challenges on the second day and told the serviceman he had limited time, and would only be able to access the unit outside initially as my husband had to drop our child off at daycare, and would need to go to sleep by noon to prepare for his overnight shift at work. Serviceman agreed to this but when he showed up immediately wanted access inside meaning I was late to work as I had to drop our child off instead. He also didnt complete work until 2pm and then called again at 3pm waking my husband up to get our payment information (and charged us $400 more than our initial agreement). They also left multiple holes in our walls (which they agreed to patch, but have never followed up on despite numerous calls from us), did not seal the hole they placed in our siding to run the electrical wire (initially it wasnt sealed at all, but they did seal the opening from inside our house on 2nd visit), so there is open access for water to get behind our siding. They also stated they would seal ductwork seams they added (similar to what we currently have in our home that was completed by zerodraft), but again have not completed this. I was told by our family member with hvac experience that the work inside the ac unit itself looked great which is the reason I gave 3 stars vs the 1 I wanted to give. Cant say Ill be eager to recomend this company to anyone else, and very frustrated I now have several repairs to make to my home. Not easy to find the time when you have small children at home...

AC stopped working today on a Sunday. 100 degree day. Called at 7:45. Tech was here by 9:40. He was fully done by 9:30. I thought* I would be paying through the roof for a Sunday call but it was extremely reasonable (glad I didn’t wait). I’ll be calling them again for sure! David answered all my questions and was super professional. Wore his mask the entire time. Thanks so much!
