I called Angelo Chiodo on a Monday, they did an estimate two days later, and installed the AC two weeks later. They were efficient, responsive to our questions, and did a great job. Thank you!

I just had my ducts cleaned and furnace, hot water tank, and a/c replaced. The whole process was made easier than I would have ever expected. Jon the project manager was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to pick out the best equipment for my home. The installers were fantastic as well. If you are in the market do youself a favor ang give them a call they saved me thousands compared to their competitors.

The BEST company out there! We were without hot water / heat for almost 2 months. We had multiple companies come out and quote us insane amounts. Chiodo came out the next day after I called and did an estimate, gave us multiple options for what we wanted to do and fixed it not even 2 days later. They were personable and understanding. Other companies treated us like all they wanted was our money and could care less about what was our situation. Chiodo’s technicians were the total opposite! They were professional, knowledgeable, real, and authentic. Treating us like human beings and not just a way to make money. We will always come back to these guys! If anyone is looking for a company that they can count on for Rinnai Products & any other hvac needs this is the place!

We were first time customers of Chiodo heating and were out of heat and we called them and they came that day. Jon the sales Rep went above and beyond to make sure we had heat promptly. We ended up getting a new furnace at a great price. Jon explained to us all our options and was very polite and respectful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that’s looking for service or getting new products installed. I would recommend calling Jon because he will take care of all your needs and make the whole process flawless.

I would like to start off by saying that I am sure this call was probably one of the weirdest calls they’ve had. My cat has gone missing, and my family and I thought we could hear her crying in our heating vents. Upon answering my call I was greeted with a sweet woman who immediately got someone on the line to help me with no hesitation. She transferred me over to a technician whose name is Jon. He went above and beyond not only showing me where she may have gone in, what vents to pull up, and quoted me for a cleaning all in one swoop. Each step of the process was explained in great detail in terms I could understand so I wasn’t confused. He also kept me more calm during the process whereas at the start of the call I was a sobbing mess. If that wasn’t all amazing in itself he was more willing to even help me look for my cat himself!! I can’t wait to continue to work with this tech and company to get my venting in tip top shape.

Was visiting a family member in Syracuse, NY a few Saturdays ago and noticed that their house wasn't getting warm. We waited until Sunday and notices it still wasn't heating. First thing Monday morning we call Angelo Chiodo Heating and explained the issue. Within an hour the service showed up and gave us an assessment on the problem. He went over repair cost and total replacement cost. Seeing that the furnace was over 15 years old, we opted for total replacement. By 3:30 that afternoon we had a new furnace installed with a new warranty and the house was warming up. As a follow-up the service came back that evening and made sure the wifi thermostat was programed and working properly. We couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and follow-up Chiodo heating provided. (old school service) I would definitely recommend them.

We had a brand new furnace and A/C system installed by this company and they did an amazing job. We worked with John, and from the very beginning with the consultation to the estimate to the job itself, we were very happy with his professionalism and knowledge of his craft. The 2 young men that installed everything were also fantastic. They were very hard working, professional, courteous and were able to get everything done in one day. They even took the extra step and cleaned up the debris that was leftover on the floor from the old furnace. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience and would recommend them to anyone. Installers were friendly, knowledgeable, on time and worked efficiently!! Things were cleaned up and left neat and orderly when they finished up!! Very happy and I highly recommend!!
