First of all, VERY happy with everything.
Trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, and FAST.
Our 20 year old furnace stopped working in the middle of the night in the month of December. Our house was SO cold. I knew who to call immediately...Angelo Chiodo. We had a great experience with them on an air conditioner install a couple years ago. Kyle the technician came over within a couple hours to access the situation. After he ran through a couple of tests he figured out that the circuit board was fried. Kyle mentioned that we could possibly replace the circuit board or have a new furnace installed. After a quick discussion with my wife, it was decided to have a new furnace installed because the old furnace would have to be replaced sooner rather than later.
Kyle drew up the bill for diagnosing and got Jon one of Chiodo's Comfort Advisers on the phone to discuss options and to set up an estimate.
Jon was there the same day! After going through some options and based on some recommendations from Jon, we decided which furnace to have installed.
I let Jon know about how cold it was in the house and if he had any tips on how to warm up my house! Without skipping a beat...he mentioned that he would drop off a space heater later that evening! Talk about hospitality!
Only one full day went by before our furnace was installed.
I was impressed.
The installers showed up ON time and ready to get to WORK!
Paul, one of the installers, was the one who installed my air conditioning unit a couple years before! Glad to see Chiodo treats their employees well. Brandon the other installer was just great. 4 1/2 hours later. HEAT. AWESOME GLORIOUS HEAT in the house. BOTH Paul and Brandon were VERY courteous and kind. Very aware of their surroundings. CLEANED up and everything. Like they were never there...except the brand new furnace. We couldn't be happier. Thank you CHIODO for taking such good care of my family and I!

Art was great at explaining the cost and installation for our new AC unit. We had it installed in a timely manner and Paul, the installer, was terrific! He was professional and worked hard the entire day until the job was done. Excellent service all around!

Just had my central air replaced. Chiodo was the only one of three AC businesses I called who bothered to respond. The service was excellent and I'm very happy with the work. Will definitely use them again.

Good communication and quick turnaround from the first phone call to actual installation of a new furnace and central air. Very professional. Highly recommend.

They installed a new heating unit last December and they were on time, fast and efficient as well as very professional. Had a minor callback problem and Dave came and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes and was able to fix it. Again, very professional and easy to work with. If Google gave 6 stars they would get 6.

I wish I could tell you about their in home service but I was brushed off when trying to make a service appointment. When my call was answered I had mentioned that I was recommended to them by another Plumbing and Heating company. I started in on what type of service I needed and was told to hang on. She then told me that s servicemen would be by later this afternoon for the repair and started to end the call. I told her that I hadn't even given you my address or phone number yet. She told me to hang on again. She then came back on the phone and asked if i was calling for a service appointment. I started to go over again what my situation was and how i was recommended to call them. She then placed me back on hold again. After waiting she came back on the line and asked me for my phone number. I did provide it and she quickly said someone will contact you about setting up an appointment and then hung up. At this point i had called another company, setup an appointment, had them come out and repair what what was needed, and still have not even heard back from the "call back" this company was going to provide me. Based on the customer service over the phone i was provided I can only rate this company on that.

(Update: This took place 8/3/2020 and roughly 30-45 mins after i posted this comment i did receive a phone call. But again, by that time I had already found another company, setup that appointment, and they had came out and fixed my issue)

Out central air decided to stop working today when it was 84 degrees. I called Chiodo when I got home from work and received a call back within the half hour. The technician Dallis basically diagnosed my problem over the phone and arrived a few hours later, fixed the blown capacitor and had us up and running in no time. Afterwards he explained to us how the unit works and gave me some tips on keeping running efficiently. The after hours price was very reasonable also.

I called and got an appointment quickly. The woman said the tech would call approx 30 min prior to arrival, he called 1 hour prior because he was running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if that worked for me, YES! When are techs ever early?!? He was friendly, thorough, CLEAN, seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a heads up on the future of my unit as it is 15 years old. I felt very comfortable with him in the house with just my children and I (very important to me that my husband doesn't have to loose time at work to come home because the techs are "creepy") I will certainly recommend them to others and use them again!
