Today, I had a fantastic experience with this company. I needed same-day assistance at a reasonable price, and they accommodated my schedule, which I appreciated. Solomon contacted me by phone and text and was able to arrive slightly earlier. He spent a great deal of time assisting me in locating and resolving the issue, all the while engaging and educating me. He went far beyond what I've experienced with other local plumbers (we've worked with quite a few over the years) and will be my first choice for any future problems.

Wow, Solomon and Stan are incredible! They arrived on time and completed the two-day job in an orderly and tidy manner. They left my home spotless; it was as though they had never been there. Our experience with Staten Island Plumbing was exceptional in every way. I requested an appointment for a gas line repair late Wednesday night and received a call first thing Thursday morning to schedule someone for the same day. Although the entire endeavor took about two to three days (which was not their fault), it was completed in a highly professional manner. Stan and Solomon were extremely affable, amusing, and helpful. They offered to help clear up any mess and made suggestions without being insistent. After the project was completed, I had to call the office because something wasn't right, and they had Solomon at our door in less than 30 minutes. They cannot be recommended enough!

Solomon arrived at my home to assess the issue with my toilet that other plumbers were unable to determine. After an exhaustive investigation, they concluded that the commode must be the problem's source. Obviously, I was certain that was not the issue, and I resisted. However, they were able to demonstrate that the red dye was vanishing in a nearly invisible location at the toilet's base. They were extremely patient and comprehensive with me. I strongly endorse these gentlemen!
