very prompt, only took 2days to put in whole system with duct work throughout house. The work crew were very polite and clean, did not leave any mess behind. Explained everything that I asked about. Financing available (and very easy to do) once approved work started quickly. They were recommended by many coworkers to use this company because they were very affordable and does quality work, I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of work. Chris, Andy and the crew were great. From initial contact with explaining our issue to final install they were top notch. When I first contacted Chris it was just to have someone take a look at the furnace to see what my issue was. After hearing what was wrong with the furnace and finding out it was just about 20 years old, Chris put together both a repair option as well as 3 different options for a new install. After answering some questions I had we went ahead with a new install. Chris was very accommodating and had a date set up within a couple days of me submitting yes to the estimate. On install day they were early, which is always nice, professional and efficient. Andy answered any questions I had before and after the install. He explained everything about the new unit once they were finished. Minus a new furnace where the old one was you wouldn't even have noticed they were there. Chris checked in the next day to make sure everything was good and to see if I had any additional questions. I will definitely use them in the future for other heating, air and hot water tank needs as well as referring them to anyone looking for similar work.
