Been using Rob for years for my home, rental properties, and business. He does the best work in the area and is very honest and reasonable. His workers are great too; polite and respectful.

Rob was very fast and efficient sending Zachary to repair my boiler and bring back my heat. Rob and Jennifer helped me deal with my warranty company correctly and quickly. Great people and very knowledgeable. Do not call anyone else!!

I recently had a through the wall air conditioner installed in my apartment. And had a wonderful experience. They were courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Rob is fantastic. Dominic is also. Rob returned my call in a timely fashion. He was at my building within a few minutes after calling me back. If you need a business that cares, call Montie’s. They really know their trade and know how to treat their customers. I had an extremely positive and great experience. I really wish I could say the same about some of the other businesses I have dealt with. Call Rob, you won’t regret it. Kudos to them.

The owner Rob and Dominic came out to my house, We were having difficulty with our AC constantly running and it was an older unit. So after taking it apart he realized that it was built up of ice and he took the time to explain to us what was going on and how to fix it in the future to get it to last just this summer. Very honest. Did not try to push any sales. Did not try to push any services. Extremely professional. Owner Rob, answered the phone first call when I inquired info! Rob came in person for an estimate and examined the entire situation. The estimate was provided before he left. The unit and parts were in for installation within 2 wks and installed.
The owner was on site with his crew for disassembling of the old unit and installation of the new. Everyone was very professional, respectful and honest! They cleaned up impeccably after installation.
The office was also very attentive when I called. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Montie's!

The guys did an amazing job! They installed some new ductwork in our house to get better AC upstairs and the difference is amazing! We don’t need to set the thermostat as low anymore and the whole house is nicely cooled. They also installed a new AC unit and new furnace. They were on time, very, very kind and respectful. Before they left they showed us everything they had done, and gave us instructions on maintenance for both units. Highly recommend!
