Thermostat broke just before leaving on a trip. Service person came right away and did enough of a temporary fix that we were able to leave and the delay in leaving was short.

i had an issue with my Navien on-demand hot water system. Feldman was SO customer focused exploring options to get same-day service, when i could not get the system to turn on. Mark showed up at 2 pm, exactly when the office predicted. Of course, when i went to show him the symptoms, it performed perfectly. Whew! After I unplugged the unit earlier in the day, it apparently needs some time after reconnecting power to establish its baseline. The visit was not wasted. Mark performed annual maintenance procedures since he was there anyway. Feldman is a company that values its customers as well as its employees. I was impressed and you will be too!

I walked to my basement this morning to a ton of water flooding under our furnace area/most of the basement. I called Feldman and Rich was at my door in less than a half hour! He was really nice, masked the entire time and did a thorough and thoughtful evaluation of our Furnace. Our furnace is super old so I was scared we would need to replace it but he found the issue (it was actually just a valve from the humidifier). He fixed it quickly and I paid just for the service fee (just under $100). I am so happy with this company-they are honest, punctual and know their stuff. I will always call them for all our HVAC needs! Thanks so much Rich!
