Awesome job by installers. Kind, professional and helped us understand our new system once installed. Very pleased and definitely a recommendation to our community. One thing I would advise at day of quote is for you take under consideration to ask if repairs to walls are needed. Not a major issue but our new units were smaller and we will have to have someone repair. Besides that, we greatly appreciate your time and service.

Tim and Kevin did an amazing job. The quality of the job they did is off the charts. Every detail of the install looks great. They both were very courteous and answered all my questions patiently and informatively. They cleaned up after they were done and the area around my furnace looks better than when they got here. I am beyond pleased and will recommend Feldman to any and everyone.

From start to finishing Feldman Heating & Cooling was professional and had the experience to to service my older AC unit. The booking process was extremely easy. They followed up with emails and text messages to remind me of the service appointment. On the date of the service I received a text which told me which technician would be coming out and the approximate arrival time. When Sam arrived he was on time, professional and tested my AC unit throughly. He completed the service and made recommendations. I made payment to him with my card on his tablet and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Feldman Heating & Cooling and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Very kind and professional. They were very respectful to our house and did a great job with the install. They made sure it was done right and did not rush off which allowed them to spot an issue with one of the components (manufacturing issue. no fault of theirs). They set it right and did a beautiful job with minimal noise (we have a newborn in the house and not once did they cause a wake up).

It was great, and to have Rachel as my tech today -- as a supporter of women in non-traditional roles -- well I am myself and I'm so pleased to see one who loves her work and is happy doing it is really tremendous. They were very professional and took great care to minimize damage to hardwood floors and carpets during the removal of 4 radiators and a boiler. They were flexible in removing additional gas lines from the house. An overall excellent experience.

Service tech was efficient and professional. Seemed thorough. Had to replace a part in my outside a/c which he said tested out of range.

I used Feldman Heating and Cooling to install a new 4 zone ductless AC system for our house. Their quote was fair and inline with most of the quotes we received. They have been responsive with responding to our questions and always were on time. The work crew that came out to do the install did it over the course of 3 days. They were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was installed correctly and all the AC lines were routed neatly. They spent extra time to try and reduce the visibility of the lines as well as ensuring they drained properly. I was very appreciative of the care they took when working in the home. They lined all the floors, work areas and hallways with carpet mats to ensure that the floors did not get dirty or damaged. They were also very meticulous about cleaning up afterwards with vacuuming and dusting of the areas they worked in. Based on this I have no issue with recommending them to friends for any work that needs to be done.
