Was experiencing intermittent issues with the heating system. The service manager and technician at Feldman Heating were excellent. While it was hard to recreate the issue at times during the repair, the team was very good at diagnostics and was able to pinpoint the issue. The repairs were reasonably priced, and more importantly, they were completed in a very timely fashion. Would highly recommend using them.

Bob C. was my HVAC technician and I have to say I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more knowledgeable person than he. He was on time, quick to diagnose the issue and kept me informed along the way. When he delivered the bad news, he was professional in his ways and walked me through my options and allowed me to ask many questions along the way. When it was time to install the replacement condenser, he walked me through the steps and completed the task in a timely manner. He left the area clean and the system running like a well tuned engine. He left with a smile and a handshake and if I ever need service again, I will be sure to ask for him.

Dave Feldman sold his business in 2022 and the rights to use the "Feldman" trade name to Jeffrey Blanchard.

The technician quoted me a draft induction assembly replacement cost of $853.20 plus N.Y.S. tax. Because I have a PMC contract, I received a $118.00 discount; a total cost of $725.22. He said the job would not take more than 1 hour to complete.

I accepted the offer but in hindsight I probably should have tried to negotiate because all trade work is based on material/parts and labor. The draft inducer motor assembly can be purchased for less than $200.00 retail. That means I'm paying over $450.00 for labor, which is excessive. As it turned out, the technician took less than 30 minutes to remove and replace the assembly.

In the past, I have always negotiated any trade work (i.e., general contracting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, masonry, window installation, etc.) based upon material/parts and labor but I didn't do it with Feldman (Blanchard) because I was never charged on the high end for labor in the 20 plus years I used Dave Feldman as my HVAC guy. So now I know better.

Installed a new boiler for our part of the building. Quick service, friendly workers, very informative. It was great doing business with Feldman crew. Thank you

Our furnace stopped working. It was after hours, I called and spoke to an operator who passed my name and number onto the on call technician. The technician called within 5min and was at my house in 25min. He diagnosed our problem within minutes and had a new part within an hour. The technician, Chris, was very personable and professional. I would use this company again.

Called them off hours to repair my non-functioning furnace. They were prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem that didn't require any new parts. A very reasonable fee and I had a nice warm house again. Will use them for my future needs.

Price on the phone for water heater was drastically lower the the final price. 1600 instead of the 800 I was led to believe
