Bourque Mechanical Systems

I have used Bourque for a geothermal heating and cooling system in my be home construction and in repairs on other homes. They are always reliable responsive and trustworthy. I have recommended them and each time the friends who have used them have thanked me because they did such a good job. They never cut corners, they do what they say they will do and they finish on time and within budget.

Bourque is the finest mechanical company I have ever dealt with in 26 years. It doesn't matter if its heating or cooling, they do a first rate job on anything they touch and they are very reasonable. Brian is aces and his service people, Dan, Brent, Pete and Dan have never let me down. Don't hesitate to call, you will not be disappointed. Hope I didn't leave anyone out.

Bourque installed 2 ductless a/c units for us in 2019. They were professional, clean, on time and did a great job with our install. Highly recommend them to anyone!

The service manager arranged for our furnace cleaning and tune-up the day after I called. The technician was courteous, neat, and thorough. I highly recommend Bourque Mechanical Systems. They are a pleasure to do business with.

The work performed in September of 2013, after the complete removal of the old boiler and related equipment. Installation of two new Hi Efficient Boilers, hot water system, seven pumps, electrical and all new plumbing was completed in record time.

Your craftsmen were courteous and their attention to detail was first class. Up and running for over six (6) months now and we have not had a single problem.

Had a furnace, air conditioner, and humidifer replaced and everything went great. Shane was very easy to work with on the front end and Jeff did a great job on the install. They were flexible and accommodating of some specific scheduling requests and I would have no reservations about recommending them for your HVAC needs.

7 years ago they installed our new central air conditioning system in our new building. Over the years they have been servicing and maintaining the air conditioner/heating system, and we have been very pleased with their promptness and their fair pricing. They are a great company to do business with.

Zero stars wold be more appropriate for this company. As background, I hired Bourque 17 years ago to install a new central A/C system in my home. At that time, one of their employees stole a valuable object from my attic. He admitted the theft and I gave the company another chance by continuing to use them for maintenance. Fast forward to 2018 when my mother, who is in her nineties, had one of her central air systems fail this past July, I recommended Bourque and they installed an expensive new system (over 7k). Two days ago, her second a/c system was making noise and not working properly and she called them to ask for assistance. She then called me to indicate the male individual who answered the phone said he didn't know when they could service her equipment. Since the temperature was in the high eighties, I called Bourque on her behalf. I simply asked when he thought someone could be dispatched to her home because of her advanced age and the heat, I was worried about her. This male employee began to scream and rant about how many calls they were getting, that this was the topper to receive a call from someone's daughter and that lots of customers are in their nineties. He also denied that he told my mother he didn't know when someone would service her unit. When I told him to stop screaming at me, he just laughed and said you just don't like it that I'm talking to you this way. To which, I said "You're right I don't like it and you are beyond unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way." He screamed more nonsense that I was the one yelling and then hung up the phone. Later, I called back to speak to the owner and the same nasty person answered the phone. He said the owner was on vacation until Wednesday and then snickered about how funny it all was and then said sarcastically: "Awww, you don't want to talk to me?" I told him he should be fired. Needless to say, I left a message on the owners voice mail, but not surprisingly, I've heard nothing back. This company is atrocious and unprofessional at best. At worst, the employee are thieves or crackpots who should not have any contact with customers nor be trusted in customers homes. AVOID this company at all cost!
