New build and they didn't wire my ac unit into the breaker box.
90 degree days are a terrible way to find out we had an issue.
They sent over a couple of techs and got us taken care of within a couple of days.

Excellent service, highly recommend. Shane and Jeff were able to figure out a creative way to make a new heat pathway through our home. They were great thank you so much.

On the coldest day of this winter, our furnace broke down. It was also a a very early Saturday morning. It was very stressful and with small children in the house we needed help right away. Chris answered our call and helped right away. Chris answered every question knowledgeably and with patience. And there were a lot of questions. Ultimately we needed a new furnace and Chris was able to have that scheduled immediately. Chris and the Bourque team made this easy and most importably made us feel safe and confident on our decision. I don't often write reviews, but I wholeheartedly appreciate what was done for us that very cold weekend! I could not recommend them more. Thank you!

We recently had a new gas hot air furnace installed along with central air by Bourque Mechanical Systems. We could not be happier with the job they did from start to finish. The first contact with Dave in the office was friendly and professional. Shane, the estimator, returned calls promptly , was on time for appointments and provided everything we needed in writing. The installers, Nate and Pete, were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. We are very happy with the quality of work provided and would recommend this firm unconditionally.

Bryan Bourque and his staff were wonderful to work with. Historic Albany Foundation had a multi-faceted project converting old oil boilers to natural gas and installing mini splits in an old building. The guys were courteous in working around our staff and customers and we are very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

We called them this morning because our central air unit stopped working on Sunday night. We waited to call them till Monday morning since it wasn't a true emergency and they came out and we're here within an hour of our phone call. We are located about 35 minutes from their location so much of the wait was driving to get here. We were very lucky that it was a simple fix and the technician they sent named Kyle was so nice and professional and answered all our questions. We are going into a heat advisory for the next two days so we are so grateful he got it up and running so quickly! So far our experiences with them have been great as we did use them last year as well for furnace maintenance. What I liked about them too is they didn't try to sell us a new furnace because ours is old. They were honest and fair in their review of it. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Bourque Mechanical has performed work for my wife and I twice: converting the heating in our old home from oil to natural gas, and installing ductless splits in our new home that was not equipped with ducts for central air. We could not be happier with the work they have done for us. No matter how your home is set up, they have a solution that is efficient and affordable. Both times they worked with us, the staff was professional and the work was completed very quickly and at a reasonable price. The installer even stayed after he finished working to give us a demo of how to control our new AC units. Everything works wonderfully, and my wife and I will be comfortable just in time for summer. Bourque installed ductwork and air-conditioning in my older cape. Their pricing was very competitive. It was not an easy install and I requested minimal disruption to the interior of my home. Shane, Jeff, and Chris spent considerable time planning the work so that ducts could be advantageously placed without sacrificing any closet space. All walls that required cutting were repaired perfectly, and my home was left clean every day. It was clear that my satisfaction was important to them.
