I have to say I am also dissatisfied with the performance of my unit that RK installed in my new home which was also renovated and was in need of a new system. The unit shuts off if it’s really cold and I increase the temperature pass 73 degrees. The unit hanging from my attic ceiling is leaking and it does not seem to be draining properly. The installation happens 3 yrs ago. They send someone over but could never fix the heating situation. Looking at these reviews my GC should have pick a better company or maybe RK offered the best price at the cost of poor quality.

They installed two units in my property but they never finished the work both are the units don’t work. They took money never showed up to finish the remaining work. I am filling a complaint in BBB also. Beware of this company.

Called rk heating to service installed units. Mentioned will be here next day and then on day off does not pick up and doesn't call back and did a no show.

I bought a 2-family house that had been gut renovated, RK Heating and Cooling installed two HVAC systems in—one per each unit. Neither of them worked. One of their own employees described the system as horribly installed and embarrassing. They came back many times over several months to try it fix it, and never did. I finally hired a different company to retrofit updates to make the systems function. Among their mistakes: they installed to return vents or ducts; they did not properly vent a high efficiency unit so it would turn itself off after about twelve hours (leaving us with a mystery and non working heat all winter in our rental unit, which we could not lease out); the heat and cooling in the owners’ unit was so poorly installed that parts of the home would be way too hot or way too cold; they would make appointments to come and fix things and not show up until days later and eventually they ghosted us completely. They should not be licensed and should get training before installing any more units. I’ve never seen such incompetence.

Hands down the worst HVAC "Company" out there, it's laughable how atrocious their work is. They installed a two zone system in my house 4 years ago and it never really worked. When I called to ask him to come back he first never did and then said the warranty is only covered for one season.I was gut rehabbing the house and he legit told the contractors he forgot about this job after taking $10k plus deposit. He would not perform the work unless I gave him the full payment and then after I paid, he tried to say I never did the next time I showed up. The place is a complete joke. I had other HVAC technician come by for repair and some even recognized the work and said they been fixing up these guys work all over town. I never write reviews but this was just ridiculous, Do not go with these guys! I will be filing a consumer complaint because they do not deserve to be in business.

RK Heating & AC Corporation is the worst company I have ever found . Four years ago they have installed the heating and cooling system in my house and just after 3 years the cooling system did not work. It is central air and the fan works but not the cooling . I have called RK about 100 times, Ram does not return calls nor does he answer his phones. I contacted one of his workmen who made several promises but never turn up. They keep making promises that they will come to check the unit but never turn up or even call. This is the third year and we are still having cooling problems with the system.
I will never, never ever recommend this company to any one even to my worse enemy.
