LINLI HVAC INC

In May 2021 I had ductless done to the entire house. A few months after the outside pipes started to come a part. I called and complaint. In October 2022 the biggest unit stopped working. This cost almost $16,000 minus rebate of $3500.

I called and was told they will charge me $180 diagnostic fee. This is just ridiculous. This system should not give any problems for a few years. It’s BRAND NEW!!

After reading other complaints I realized that they are just doing quick work, collect your money and don’t care about quality of work.

I don’t recommend this company!!!

Just had a Daikin mini-split system installed by Linli HVAC. It’s working well and is very quiet. The A/C units have tons of different options. Alfred is very knowledgeable, he explained everything to me very patiently. Tom is also very good. I definitely recommend them.

Recently got Daiken mini splits installed by LINLI HVAC Inc for the whole house, very satisfied with the overall process, Alfred is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, answered all my questions with patience to my satisfaction. He was transparent, about everything, gave a very compatible price also helped me filing the PSEG rebate. Technicians were well trained and completed the work in a professional manner. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

This review is long over due. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about LINLI HVAC INC. I had mini duct air units installed all over my house. I spoke to Alfred, and from the beginning he responded to all of my questions, was very helpful, gave me a quote and was extremely easy to work with. When the units were installed, the guys doing the work worked from early morning until the end of the day and made sure they finished that very day. Everything works well and I have no issues with my units. So thank you again for everything! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install air conditioning

Got a ductless mini split AC installed at our condominium. Tom and his experienced crew did a very clean and efficient installation of two indoor units and an outdoor unit. We had some problems with the building manager because I didn't know I needed to fill out an alteration agreement. Tom was quick in sending me the required insurance info by email to make the process go smoothly.

Alfred from Linli was very patient with me and guided me through the whole process. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the mini split units. He offered a great product for a great price. The technicians he sent over were great, professional and clean, especially during COVID, it was very much appreciated. They worked until the job was complete even though it was extremely hot that day and took longer than anticipated. I would highly recommend using their services.

I had them install a fujitsu unit. With the main reason being it coming with a warranty when it was installed by them. 1 year later the unit stops working. They came by and told me it had a leak. They charged me 280 to recharge (not covered by warranty), they said it is normal for a unit to need a recharge once a year. 3 months later it leaked again. I called, they said they'll check it out but will charge me for their time. Scam. stay away from these guys.
These units are sealed systems they should not need work once installed, unless due to bad installation.

So my bedrooms unit (Diakan) was installed by this company. Yesterday I noticed a tons of water leaking from the unit and it ruined my hardwood floors. So I opened the unit to see what was the matter the hose that connects to the system was held together by tape. So the hose wasn’t properly attached to the HVAC unit so it started leaking. So I called the company to have them come and fix it because it was their installer that didn’t do their job right. I have a background in construction and electrical work so I can see it was the installer’s laziness that caused this. Well, they didn’t want to come fix it unless I paid them a service call fee of $150. They mention warranty is only for a year but bad work is bad work and you should take responsibility for it. Totally disappointed by this company and I’ll give you this warning. You get what you pay for and this company will compromise and cause you headaches later. Make sure to oversee everything or use someone else.

Tom and his crews are fair, honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to friends. We renovated our house starting early this year. They were recommended by one of the family friends. They installed the energy efficient A/Cs in their house back in last summer. Our project is more complicated than my friend's since they need to put all the piping inside the wall and also need to cooperate with my GC team to make sure everything is under controlled. Tom is very patient. Before we hiring him, he is not only answering my phone quickly but coming to the site couple times back and forth, trying to answer all the questions we have. I really appreciate that. It's not a small project, therefore, they need to split the work into couple steps. His crew is also friendly, knowledgeable, and on time almost every time, besides there's one time bad weather situation, they had to cancel it. But at least they called the day earlier to let me know, so I was able to let my GC know and change our plan. It has been 3 months now after everything is done, we enjoyed our new house and the extra heating providing by the new heat pump A/Cs. I am looking forward to a cool summer next year! Thank you guys!

Just bought a DAIKIN air conditioner from Mr. Li of Linli HVAC INC .Mr.Li is the best salesman. He has friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I got a great experience in purchasing.
Also, I thanks to Installation Engineer Nicholas . Nicholas is very professional and helpful. He answered and addressed all my concerns.Very meticulous and doubled checked that everything was perfect.
The DAIKIN air conditioner is incredible, super super cool indoors and super quiet outdoors. Very easy to operate and cool off your space beautifully.
