Very professional company. Initially worked with Tom, and he was very responsive to our questions and working with ConEd for the rebates through the clean heat program. Signed everything on 07/09/2021 and had the install team of Jeff and his two associates install 5 indoor units, 2 outdoor, the electrical wiring and running the linesets and line hides on 07/20/2021. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

Nope beware of these guys. Will come and install you system super fast. They wont do it properly. One little example is running two ground wires from different units into one. Then if anything is wrong they WILL NOT pick up their damn phone until you labor warrenty runs out. Would avoid them at all costs. Fujitsu doesnt give them elite status because of their quality work, it's because of how many units they install within the year. STAY AWAY, I JUST HIRED AND PAID SOMEONE ALOT OF MONEY TO FIX THEIR QUICK AND SLOPPY WORK.

Called and called for weeks after two systems installed and was not working I had to go to there place and get really nasty they just want the money for the job and not stand behind the obligation to warrant there work. Terrible don’t use them.

Excellent service and they helped me secure NYS program for my new mini split system.

I knew nothing about ac system but the guy was so patient, explained everything clearly. They’ve done the job perfectly so that I can survive the summer.
