I have been working a company called Gree Mechanical, an Asian enterprise, I understand they support each other in revolving the money around; thus leads me into going there for part let me tell you! THEY ARE THE WORSE SUPPLIERS.. rude, no etiquette, there is not a day I go there it isn't a headache. They hate it when others get rude to them, but they're the most DISCRIMINATORY FOLKS over there.. no customer service skills, not one does better than the other. They get no stars from me

Advice to customers try to call them and you would know right away how terrible your experience is going to be if you end up physically going there. Advice to the owner. Hire English speaking people that have manners or train them to greet people in a welcoming formal way. I felt unwelcomed and felt my time was not valued. I wanted to purchase $100,000 worth of mini split systems for my residential buildings. Keep in mind I'm also HVAC licensed installed so I know a thing or two about hvac. My building supervisor told me I can be hepled there but he forgot to mention I would be wasting my time.
Unfortunately for economy RHVAC they pretend they don't speak English then ignore you for good 10 minutes. I asked for a price quote the next day I came in ready to order they gave me totally diffrent quote they were off by 40% the original qoute. When I challenged the new price they make chip excuses. It looks like they charge you based on your appearance. Sad they could have been making much more money by changing their attitude.
While I was there I witnessed a technician trying to pay for his product they refused to look at him until he started making noise. I have a feeling all the people there are forced to be there otherwise why everyone is pretending to be so busy while we all can see they doing nothing.
I'm being tempted to open my own English speaking hvac supply store right in front and provide amazing customer experience to all customers regardless of their race and take all their business away from them.
They would not last 6 months there.
I ended up purchasing what I needed from a diffrent location with much better customer care.
Economy RHVAC Supply you have great potential but don't forget everything you have other places have it also. I might have ended up paying $2 more but my experience was much better at the other supply store.

I called five times before the guy answered the phone. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I have a huge contract (3 Million) and is currently buying from ABCO and United. I was told about this company, and just wanted to check some prices out. He would not even give his name. I asked for a manager, he told me to call the head office and quickly said the 212 number. I said hold on, let me get a pen and he hung up. He has a heavy accent, possibly Chinese, save your company from this man. He works out of the Queens office.

RUDE! Went to the wrong line stood there for one hour and 10 minutes when they finally got to me to tell me you’re on the wrong line my comment to them was I’ve been standing here for one hour and 10 minutes you have been looking at me all that time now you tell me. They had me go to the other line.

Very Rude staff and worse customer service ever. They think that without them you wont get the parts. Better off going to Apco were you pay a little more but you will get a good customer service and original Parts.

I bought a gas valve that was defective but they wouldn't exchange it. What a bad way of doing business. Sell defective stuff get paid on it and don't offer no form of warranty. Bad 👎 business.
