Got ahold of of someone on the phone and first thing I asked was if they service my area which they looked up my zip code and told me they do. Then gave them my info and told them the emergency situation. They told me that the on call plumber would call me back. Few minutes later I got a text from someone saying they don't service my area I'm guessing because they didn't want to deal with it. Not very professional you could of just said I don't want to deal with it

Great customer service on the phone. Scheduled an appointment for Wednesday and they called and said we have a tech available Tuesday . Both techs were very knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell anything. Will definitely calm them again if needed.

We purchased a new house in the dead of winter and I wasn’t feeling good and getting dizzy, I called and the service tech was on his way within minutes for a emergency service.
I was happy that he came out on a weekend and shutdown the oil furnace as soon as he found multiple leaks in the chimney and then I sold the dang thing and continued to use our propane furnace lol.

I had Duddley, one of Nick's HVAC techs come out and run gas line for me from the newly installed service line meter-T to my boiler. He ran approximately 40 foot of threaded black pipe and placed a "T" in it in case I wanted to run any more appliances from it in the future. I was pretty impressed with the workmanship that was obviously put into this job, as he had to work around all of the copper piping in my basement for all my (4) heat zones and domestic water supply (to two units and a second floor) and was still able to run this line straight from the meter to the boiler with no elbows! The entire length of this line was then secured very neatly with support hangers throughout. He also installed a gas conversion kit to my propane boiler. This entire job took him only 5 hours! and I know it was done right--THE FIRST TIME! After the gas company had come to set my meter and turn on my service, Duddley came back to check pressures and adjust my flame height to ensure proper function. These guys are top notch in service and expertise! Highly recommend this company.

My main drain was clogged so I called Nick Shembeda plumming to fix it. They came to my house at 10pm full of energy and ready to work. They had to use a snake and go over 100 feet to the main line to clean it all out. They are very professional and honest. Bryan did a great job and didnt waste any time. He got the job done without hesitation. Their price was beyond reasonable and fair. I have other plumming issues throughout my house and I will be calling Nick Shembeda plumbing to get those taken care of because i know they will do a great job! Thank you guys!

I was more than amazed at great service with Nick arriving within an hour of my call. Within minutes he isolated the frozen pipes and had my heat back on in 1.5 hours! I would highly recommend this hometown business!

I have used Shembeda Plumbing for a few years. I own a few rentals and have always received excellent service. I've called them on the weekends and in the middle of the night for emergency service. They never said we can't make it tonight or we don't have the part needed.

I called Shembeda for 2 problems, one to replace a faucet in a kitchen sink and the other to fix a faulty water filter system. I explained both problems to the receptionist and even gave her the model and make of the filter system. When the tech came he priced the faucet repair at almost $400 dollars in which $190 was for the faucet. The same faucet, same model number, cost $64 at home depot. The receptionist, when I called to complain stated that she would send me the invoice for their purchase of the faucet. I have yet to see it. When I took the tech down stair to the filter system, he told me that they do not do filter systems. When I told him that the problem and details were given to the receptionist, she should have told me that they do not do filter systems. I therefore had to pay for 2 service calls, the first them to fix the faucet which was way over priced and I would have had other alternatives to get it fixed had I known that they would not have done both repairs, and the second for the filter system. I am not pleased with them and their poor business practices.

Fast, curdious, reliable, well trained, awesome service I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I am a shembeda plumping customer for life! Alex and Mark did a fantastic job!

Nick and Brian have provided service for two initiatives since I moved into my home in November. First was moving an outdated water meter from a first floor room into the crawl space basement. At that time, Nick noticed the state of the existing galvanized piping (not to today's code, full of rust and debris, and with partial blockage) and took pictures on his cell phone to show me (since I am partially handicapped). We agreed that all the piping would need to be upgraded to the new code standards. They came earlier this week to replace the pipes under the house (replaced all indoor piping within that one day) and came back today (on a Saturday) to replace the main line. All the work was completed professionally, courteously, and with full disclosure about what needed to be done and the cost for doing so. I am extremely pleased with their work and would recommend them for any plumbing and heating work.
