Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Awful. Horrible. NEVER USE. These people are scam artists. They cancel appointments and then claim you, the customer cancelled them. In this way, they get paid by Sears for showing up to the appointment, and you, the customer then have to call Sears, endure their agonizing 'hold music' and try to explain that you didn't cancel, they did. This company's practice are fraudulent, which is why I now have a lawyer.

Also, the garbage dishwasher I bought from Sears, a Kenmore/Whirlpool model, has broken 7 times in 2 years. When these companies finally go bankrupt, I'll be there with bells. What happened to Sears?
