CVN Heating & Air Conditioning

We had another company come to our home to inspect our AC unit and they told us it has to be replaced and it would cost upwards 15,000. We spent days worrying and then called CVN to take a look at it and they told us the only issue is the motor, they found the part and replaced it within a few days. It’s a hardworking honest company who could have easily lied to earn more money but doesn’t unlike others.

CVN just finished installing a central heating and air conditioning system in our 1915 stone colonial home. They even organized the demo and removal of our radiant heating system (13 radiators!). The job seemed pretty complex (took about a month) but the two HVAC mechanics that did the installation were great - the work wasn’t that disruptive and they were extremely competent, self sufficient, and respectful of our home. They managed to get the system installed with minimal follow up repair work - at most we have more damage to our floors from the radiators (farewell!) and a few areas where we will need to do some drywall patching - no way around that and we were told this would be something we would have to deal with from the beginning. Price seemed reasonable given the 3-4 quotes we got initially. Permitting took awhile but that wasn’t their fault. We are enjoying nice cool air tonight thanks to CVN and their wonderful Team! Highly recommend!

I had a heating emergency and CVN responded in very good time. The "tech" who came to help us ended up being the owner - when does that ever happen???? Charlie, was incredibly patient, knowledgable and kind. The receptionists are always helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company for your heating and A/C needs.

I called for service due no start boiler. Tech came in and within 30 minutes diagnosed and repaired the issue. He didn't putz around to increase the bill. Very honest and efficient! John was the name of the tech and the work was competent! Glad to find an honest company!

I've been meaning to leave an review of one of the worst customer service experiences I had.

Terrible customer service from the lady who answered the phone.Totally experience is,,, they are racist. I'm not white I'm Latino smh..shame on this company.
