Beware! Total scammers! Did not show up for a scheduled appointment despite me calling to confirm that morning. They charged my credit card $300 for service contract without my authorization.

Please do not use this company. I honestly think all of these 5 star reviews are fake. We contracted this company last fall to repair a heating problem with no issues. They tricked up into becoming a member under the pretense that we would save money but that was not the case. This time we needed a plumbing repair and we were scheduled from 10-1. At 2pm technician texted my husband that he wouldn’t be able to make it, provided pricing without even going to our house and asked for a 50% deposit to even show up the next day. We tried calling the company and we kept reaching a call center in Chicago. We talked to 5 different people who said they would have a supervisor call us back and one finally did. He listened to our story and said he would reach out to a manager and call us back but then never called. We wound up hiring another company the next day. No one has follow up with us since.

My air conditioner went out during the night. They worked me in the next day! Mike the technician, was very courteous, friendly and professional! He explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Upon my approval, he went to work. He went above and beyond! Excellent employee! I highly recommend Red Sky Heating And Cooling!

I called Red Sky Heating And Cooling to have my furnace serviced. The furnace is as old as the house and I was concerned that there would be problems. The team that came out did a very thorough job to inspect the furnace and make sure it was safe. I was very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. I needed a professional technician to come out and do a checkup for my central AC unit. The fan inside the house would turn on, but the actual unit outside wouldn't kick on for some reason. I contacted Red Sky Heating And Cooling and got a quick response. They were able to work around my schedule and send someone out quickly to repair the unit. David came and quickly fixed the problem. It turned out to be a loose wire in the outside unit and a dying battery in the thermostat on the wall. Many thanks, guys for helping me out. Much recommendations.
