I made a call to this company when one of my AC units stopped functioning and had their technician at my door-step within an hour. Terrible experience. Our AC unit was leaking so I called them and after agreeing to a $149 service fee, the guy showed up and right away quoted us $700 to "fix the coils". When we asked why that price and what the problem was, he said the coils were frozen and had to be replaced, even though the unit is pretty new. Then he said "I can do it for $350 under the table, you pay me directly". When we said no, he said: "just give me $200 so I have something to tell my boss, and I will fix it for you". At that point we told him to get out. I called the office to tell them what happened, and the person on the phone said he would refund the service fee. I still wanted to talk to a Manager but he said: "no point, the manager won't do anything about it, these are 3rd party contractors and set their own prices". After doing some research on Google, turned out we just needed to defrost the unit which took about 3-4 hours and the unit is working perfectly again, no leaks. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM !!!!!!!!!

Red Sky Heating And Cooling guys replaced our HVAC system last week. The crew was completely thorough, replaced the air filter, and answered all of my questions. Our system has been great and seems to be very efficient keeping my electric bill down during this hot summer! They were on time and very professional. Outside the building, Joe inspected our furnace and gave us a reasoned diagnosis for the blower failures we were having. He appeared to be meticulous in his work, providing clear explanations and answering our questions. He also completed our annual preventative maintenance and provided us with error code information so that we can better assist the technicians in diagnosing future issues. Thanks once again!!
