Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

The store is liked, but the actions of employees are disliked. My Dublin, Georgia home, the Maytag Washing Machine went out, service was called for. The repairman came out, stated he didn't have the repair part needed, he didn't have the expertise to repair the machine since special tools were needed, and someone certified had to install the part. However, he still had to charge $125.00 for the repair call. Unfortunately, my home in Miami Gardens, Florida, the Kenmore computerize 3 years old Washing machine Mother Board also went out during the Same time. Sears in Florida required that we pay $ for 600+ for the original price of the washing machine paid in the beginning. Just for someone to repair nothing, they requested another $300.00. This occurred in March, 2020, and my husband and I are still waiting to hear about money paid to Sears. It appears Seat has amnesia when it comes to someone else money. money

The worker coming and open the air with the big knife close to my eyes,in bad actitud,he scared me I was thinking that he wanted hurt to me,the price is too high.not contrated., this worker very aggressive.
