Fast, credible service. 30 minutes from the time I called to when they arrived. Woke up to a 50 degree home this morning thanks to our furnace acting up. Called Reimer and was told they couldn't get here for 5 days; Reached out to Hometown and the guys were here in 30 minutes! They diagnosed, solved the problem, and told us next steps. These guys are top notch, definitely will be our go to.

Quick to respond company! Spoke with Jimmy and within a few hours I had a nice and knowledgeable technician at my house. Turned out to be nothing major but will definitely call them again with any heating and cooling needs!

My husband and I were getting ready for work and a very loud whining noise started coming from our furnace.I called before hours and they were quick to answer the phone....as of all days it was cold and snowing in April...they were there at 9am as said on phone and installed my new furnace in same day! The crew was very courteous and professional...will definately use again

I could not be happier with Hometown Heating & Cooling. The team is professional, easy to work with, and hard working. We ordered two AC units. Our house is older, and they went the extra mile to run wires so that we could set up our own thermostat instead of a wireless one (which is something we wanted but didn't NEED). Thank you!

PS-Everyone on their team is a dog lover. My dog hates everyone and liked them (for those of you that aren't dog lovers, this is the universal sign for 'good people').

Scott and his team replaced my hot water tank. They were there right away for me and gave me a great price on the new tank. Very happy with their service!!

Called for a malfunctioning furnace. Got out that day and found and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

BUYER BEWARE. I have used Hometown on two occasions- each time, I needed to use a different resource to solve the root issue- both ended up being relatively simple/inexpensive fixes. The second scenario was particularly frustrating- they believed I needed to replace my whole A/C unit when, in reality, the issue was the contactor that they replaced not being compatible for my unit. (My A/C is working well now with a compatible contactor). I would NOT recommend their service to others. It seems as though they have a hidden agenda.

Very professional and efficient. I called this morning because my furnace wasn't working and technician arrived shortly after that. He had my furnace working perfectly within minutes.

My air conditioner failed on thursday. They were out friday morning to try and fix it, and on Monday, I have a brand new air conditioner installed.
They were polite, diligent and professional.
