We had a great experience with Twin Belle! They installed a new boiler and hot water heater for us and were responsive and professional through each step. They clearly take pride in what they do!

So my 23-year old (!!) water heater develops a small leak and I immediately call Twin Belle in a panic, figuring it’s about to blow any second. Tony calms me down and brings over a new water heater, and installs it, the very next day. You heard right --- the very next day! Michael the plumber lays down tarps in my basement, takes out the old and brings in the new, and does the neatest plumbing job I’ve ever seen, even vacuuming his work spot after he’s finished. I get a new water heater asap but more importantly peace of mind. These guys are terrific and they get my highest recommendation.

Twin Belle is great and I'd call them any day. Over the last 6 months they serviced our Nest System, which was not functioning properly. Nest themselves wanted to take a week to come out to the house, meanwhile I am without heat. Twin Belle came the next day. This past week, our hot water boiler had some issues. Twin Belle came the next day and the following replaced everything and got it back to working order. I'd highly recommend them. In addition to being total professionals, they are all friendly and pleasant!

I have used Twin Belle for large projects (new boiler) and small. Rob and his guys are reliable, trust worthy, and skilled. They return calls and show up on time for estimates and projects. I've had numerous plumbing experiences where I can't get in touch with them or they do not return calls or follow up. Not the case with Twin Belle.

First of all, the schedulers made every effort to get technicians to our house to evaluate the problem with the AC even though they were fully booked. The technicians who came were thorough and explained the problems clearly. They gave me two options to keep the cost down which I appreciated. When the work commenced, the workers were very neat and carefully protected our wood floors and appliances. They did a great job and the price was fair. I highly recommend this company. I won’t use anyone else in the future if I need heating or AC repair!

I had a 27 year old heating and cooling system that needed replacing. The AC completely stopped working the first week of July just when the temperature got hot. I didn't want to call any of the 3 large HVAC companies in Fishkill because they were way too expensive and the reviews were questionable. The nearby smaller contractors with good reviews were too busy. After suffering with the heat for over 3 weeks I finally found Twin Belle through the American Standard web site. American Standard ACs are top rated. My entire experience with Twin Belle was a pleasure. Mr. Grosso the owner is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. We talked about options for replacing the furnace, AC and coils and 2 days later the project was perfectly completed. Dominic the technician that did the the installation did an excellent job (an that's an understatement), and the cost for everything was more than fair. I strongly recommend using Twin Belle for any plumbing, heating and AC issues.

We recently had the kitchen sink repaired because it did not drain properly. Excellent & reliable service all the time. We have used TWIN BELLE for the past 6 years. They have installed our new A/C system with a heat pump for our condo...Everything works great and our Utility Bill is much lower. Highly recommend this Company 110%
