After more than a month, and even though I paid the bill in full, Rob has still not scheduled the plumbing inspection to close out the permit. He no longer answers my texts or calls. Very frustrating.

In the past three years Twin Belle has installed our central air conditioning and all the plumbing to reallocate the space in our bathroom remodeling project. Both projects were completed efficiently, within the time promised and for a reasonable cost. These guys are punctual, friendly, personable and always clean- up after themselves. Last week they installed our new kitchen faucet and again we could not have been happier with their service.

After calling another HVAC company who kept me waiting all day and never showed, I booked an appointment with Twin Belle. They arrived when they said they would, were very professional and within 90 minutes addressed the issue and I was back to cool comfort. My experience was a good one. The cost was reasonable. Based on my experience, I will to continue to do business with them in the future.

We use Twin Belle for our heating and plumbing services. This time around, at the most in opportune time, our boiler stopped working. Robert, JB and Tony were able to procure a new boiler and install and get us heat in less than a day and a half. They work effectively and efficiently and at the same time in a clean manner. They ensured that mats were put down as to not scratch up the floors and left the area near and tidy. We would highly recommend them for their services.

Do not use this company. They’ve showed up to my house 5 times and have charged me over $750 and the issue is even worse than when they first investigated it. They also charged me for two diagnostics despite not actually diagnosing the problem. When I called to ask they said they we’re defensive and said that they served tens of thousands Westchester homes (despite only having 3 people working for them). They then gave me the chance for a partial refund, which never actually happened. Spare yourself the time and money and use someone else

I've been a Twin Belle customer for at least 8 years and they consistently exceeed my service expectations. So far all my service calls have been plumbing related and they've delivered advice, service options and resolved my issue the first time with timeliness, accuracy and efficiency. I'm always confident my issue will be resolved when I call which is why I think of them first. Although the cost of service is not inexpensive, I believe I get value for my money spent. I value my home and when I have work done I want it done accurately and efficiently which Twin Belle delivers. Finally, the techicians are smart, personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Rob and his team were fantastic! They responded quickly to our call, came out the next day to look at our AC/HVAC system, and were able to provide a temporary fix while we waited for parts to arrive on a new system. Rob gave us two different options and talked us through the pros/cons of each- explaining the cost differences and the benefits of each. The day of the installation team arrived on time and worked all day. They replaced the entire HVAC system (which was very old and a tricky replacement!). We had one minor issue but they resolved it quickly! Overall, friendly, professional, thorough- we had an amazing experience with this company!
