Just had a water tank replaced by Carl from Gladstone. When I made an appointment, the lady on the phone explained the billing expectation and possibilities very well. No surprises. He arrived on time this morning after a heads up call from their office. Amiable, cheery guy to do business with. The removal/installation was done in a timely manner and the resulting job was a marked improvement over the existing installation. A very tidy work, on budget, on time. Very happy and will use them again.

I highly recommend Gladstone Commercial Heating & Cooling! Tech came out after hours to check for a gas leak and stayed until the job was done. He gave us several helpful tips on maintaining our furnace as well. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and determined to find the root cause of the issue. I can not recommend these guys enough, and will be using them for any future HVAC needs!

Inspection that did not happen... They blew off the scheduled appointment with no call, no text and no notice. Eager and polite to get the work but by not contacting your customer... and a call center that could not answer any basic question but finally had to confess they were a third party call center and could not really help.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are the most unprofessional heating repair company there is . The technician was very nasty and rude. Sent me nasty threatening text messages and screamed At me on the phone . I can’t believe they treat customers this way. I called several times to speak to a manager they told me I couldn’t speak to anyone . They said someone would contact me which they didn’t. Never use this company !!!!
