Kool Temp Heating & Cooling

Kool temp installed a oil fired furnace in our house a year ago. Last winter my 87 year old mother in law and my granddaughter along with my wife and I froze. Here we are a year later heading into another winter with no heat. They refuse to return to fix their mess for a year and still continue not to honor their excontract. They have been paid or should I say stole over 8 thousand dollars from me. For an incomplete non working system.
First I have a u shape drive way so it is impossible to block anyone in. Second the way your tech. treated me I would never let your guys near my family. Third you as the owner even screwed up the plumbing on your system. Fourth you knew of all the issues and never made an attempt to correct it.you left a family to freeze through the whole winter.and still refuse to return to honor your contract.. you are a lier and a theif. Fifth you as a business owner should have handled this personally. Your Moto " fixed right or it's free" is a lie. it's been over a year now and I feel I fall under this statement. Since you refuse to complete your contract. Regardless who is present to let you in. I believe that is called false advertising.i don't care about the money. It's the simple fact that you are heartless to let an elderly lady and child freeze. Shame on you and Kool temp

Kool-Temp is THE BEST. First I hired them to install central air conditioning. Anyone can install something and leave, but Kool-Temp came back twice to help me identify a whistling sound. (It was my air return.) The second time I hired them, however, they out did themselves. I added a second bedroom and bathroom onto a 1930's cottage and to say the duct work was a challenge is an under estimation by a factor of 10. Not only did they make all my original duct work quieter, they made the new duct work WORK when everyone said it could not be done! A big shout out to Stan and Jerry. They made the impossible, possible.

On time and professional. Mike explained what happened and how I can do simple maintenance to prevent issue from happening again. Mike was also very prepared and organized. I will call them again for future work. Thank you !

Our A/C wasn't working Ben came on time and had it up and running in no time . I would definitely recommend him and will be asking for his service in the future . Thank you so very much

I think they did a good job installing a mini split system in my house, but the follow up has been horrible. On two occasions it has taken several days even for them to return calls asking for service. On this occasion, I have no heat and it's been three days since I've heard from them. I've texted, called Stan on cell phone and called the office. Similarly, a few months ago it was the same situation. Ultimately they resolved the problem then, but it's a full time job just getting them on the phone or to actually come out and service the system...

Had service call for central air on Wednesday; tech said old system needed replacing and would be contacted next day. Nothing. Called Friday, told quote would be emailed that day. Nothing. Went to website to look at brands they install. Online operator asked if I had a question; I explained this situation, he said "Hi, there" and nothing else after I returned the hello. I got a 'session timed out". How can this be anything other than astonishingly poor customer service.

OMG these guys get five stars across the board! I have NEVER had a contractor come in on time, on budget, and do a perfect job. Watching the installation was like watching a team of surgeons. Thanks guys, and thanks Mike!

We had the young man Eric he was so professional and cared, he was so friendly and did an amazing job, he took the time to check everything and had attention to small details, he made sure he checked everything! What an outstanding enployee and hard working young man!! Thanks Eric!!

i just contacted Kool Temp coxsacki, NY for service and Audrey "service Manager" just answer the phone and hang up on me, i called back and asked her why she just hang up on me and she just ignored me.

Sorry for Mike but you don't need people like this in your company, you have one less customer now, giving you one star because of your staff Audrey

I called them and never heard back from them
