The service I received from this company was OUTSTANDING!!!! extremely professional, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. Will installed my unit and he did a superior job! This company provides the service requested, and takes pride in their work. I was given a list of numerous companies to choose from to install my unit. The company was very respectful, left the outside and inside work areas in excellent condition, and the new electric panel and outside repairs leave me feeling safe and provided with a most comfortable future.
There was great attention to detail and an aestheticly pleasing finish to the mounted electric panel with the framing in wood, as well as the mounting of the cooling/heating unit.

We “interviewed” three of the top local HVAC companies before we contracted with Central Heating and Cooling the install a ductless A/C system. I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GREAT THIS COMPANY IS!!! We met with Maurice several times so he could explain how a ductless system basically needed to be custom-made for the shape of your house. He was extremely patient with our questions, and most of his answers were “my guys will find a way to do that for you”....AND THEY DID. The installers, Dan and Brandon were polite, knowledgeable working machines. They arrived in the morning on time, and sometimes took only 20 minute lunches. I never heard them talk about anything but the job (which is rare with any type of construction workers). Maurice stopped in several times during the 5 days of work to make sure we were happy with the work and to check on the guys’ progress. I’m now sitting in my cool, air-filtered, dry-air home, able to control everything from my phone! Seriously, these guys are professional, courteous, VERY knowledgable, and most important, genuinely care that their customers are happy with the job. Don’t bother calling anyone else for A/C install....We’ve already found the best in the area!!! 😊

Technician, Patrick, was so thorough & explained things to me about my central air unit. He diagnosed problem & was able to replace part immediately. I'm very pleased with his professionalism & politeness. His customer service was great!!

Great experiences! I have worked with the company on multiple major projects at my residence. They always have been very professional, prompt, courteous and competent. I would not consider any other company for electrical work, heating and cooling besides Central Heating and Cooling.

I came home on the hottest day of the year, and my air conditioner went kaput. I called Central Heating and Cooling, and they were able to send someone right over. Patrick arrived and was friendly and professional. He accessed the situation, explained it in a very understandable way, and gave me options to consider. I would highly recommend Central Heating and Cooloing, and I will be a devoted customer in the future!

In 2008 and 2009, Central Heating and Cooling installed 2 furnaces in my home, which is a double. Since then, I have had the most wonderful service, and I am grateful.

Today, I noticed that my furnace was making a noise, and I called right away. Ivica, who has been here before, was here within the hour. I'm going to need another furnace, and I'm happy that Central Heating will be doing the job!

I have always had prompt service, with good and helpful advice, coming from knowledgeable technitions who know how to get the job done. I want to give a special thanks to Ivica. As I said before, he has been here several times, and has been absolutely wonderful!

DON'T USE THESE GUYS. Came out to my home for a "service" call and did nothing but pitch us a new $6000 system. Now, they are trying to collect $100 for their "SERVICE" call because we didn't buy it.
Didn't even discuss possibilities of repair. Found an honest repair guy elsewhere who fixed our furnace for $300. Steer clear of these guys. They are in it for the sales! I doubt they guy they sent out even know how to diagnose a problem.

Had a really good experience from the time I called about my A/C not working to completion of job with a/c running was around 4 hours , which is amazing to me , especially on a day of 86° ........ all for under 400 . Thank you Shawn / Central !!!!
