We initially called Central heating and cooling for a furnace inspection after noticing a few issues with the unit. The office staff was very polite. Scheduling the appointment was easy and follow up with text message confirmations and alerts was excellent. Shawn came out to do a service inspection, he was very thorough and honest with us about the issues he found. Shawn offered us an estimate for the repairs or a full furnace replacement. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace and A/C system.
On scheduled day of install Dan and Kurt arrived promptly, they were very friendly and easy to work with. They were professional, diligent and did great work. All of the install work is very clean and precise, the team made sure to clean up when they’re finished and everything looks and works fantastic.
We are very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend.

Central did fantastic work for us.
We had them replace our water damaged electric panel, install a new heat pump and furnace with a humidifier and air purifier, as well as move and re-install an existing furnace.
The work was excellent and every member of the team was a pleasure to have in our home.

On one of the coldest days this winter just recently I woke up to a very cold house and realized the furnace was not on. We looked for a heating company near us with good reviews and saw Central Heating and Cooling. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and said Patrick would be at our home by nine AM to assess the situation. The furnace was 30 years old and he discovered and showed us the panel was burnt and there was a small crack in the furnace. It was obvious we needed a new furnace so we asked them to replace the old central air conditioning unit also. The price was fair, there was no pressure put on us whatsoever and the furnace was replaced the next day as promised and the central air conditioning the day after. The technicians were very professional, very knowledgeable and took a lot of pride in their work and left no mess. They explained everything to us and told us the next furnace checkup next year is included in the price. We are very pleased with the job that they did. Central Heating and Cooling "saved the day" and made it a priority to bring heat to our house as soon as possible. Five stars for certain. Pat Fogle

They were so responsive when my furnace would not work. They explained my options and then proceeded to do a fantastic job in installing a new furnace and thermostat. Everyone from the owner, to the installers, and the front office were so responsive and so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work.

Patrick is great! He is very punctual and such a great personality. This is my second call for service......I was looking for a reliable company to deal with locally and I have been super pleased! The office staff has been very helpful as well.

Great company and great people but they didn't come my Landlord picked someone else

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The technicians were professional, courteous, focused on the job, on time and cleaned up the work area. Prices are on par with other companies out there. I wanted a Rheem furnace and central air unit since I had zero issues with my 21 yr. old Ruud A/C unit. Rheem and Ruud are the same company btw. Central Heating and Cooling are one of the few companies that carry Rheem products. Thank you CH&C Inc.!

Excellent service from all the friendly, wonderful employees at Central Heating that came to our aid when our furnace broke down. What a great group of people, very professional and helpful. Answered all of our questions in a super timely manner! Patrick was the best at guiding us through the whole process of replacing the furnace and Brandon and Shane did an amazing job getting the installation complete. We can't thank you all enough for treating us with such respect and kindness. We highly recommend Central Heating!

Workers were courteous and professional.

However, there were two (2) issues regarding workmanship.

1. Water leaking from the furnace. I immediately notified company and issue was resolved.

2. There was also an issue regarding the use of ion thermostat on my phone. I had to contact ion for assistance.

Hopefully, there will not be any further issues. Time will be the judge I have only had installation of furnace and air conditioning unit for less than a month.

On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 = best). I would give Central Heating and Cooling a 9.
