Serge, the owner of Tri State, was receptive and helpful from the get go. No hard sell. After meeting and getting quotes from a number of other AC installers, settling on Serge was a no-brainer. Serge arrived on the scheduled install date and began work after ensuring that he was clear on where we agreed the units would be installed. He made sure that all my questions were answered. This was a substantial job which Serge and his crew where able to complete in only two days. We are more than happy with the end result. Serge ensured that all garbage was collected and even went so far as helping us move some furniture. I do not hesitate to recommend his services.

I had 2 units put in 3 years ago and have loved them. Sergey did a great job, it was quick and efficient. He was able to put the inside unit on a interior wall as oposed to only exterior and its been working great. They were the only ones who were able to do that for us. We were really happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

My furnace finally broke beginning of the week. After searching multiple contractors, I found Tri State Air and talked to Serge. He was knowledgeable and responded to all my question and gave me a cheaper quotes than the other contractors. He was even able to perform the job the very next day. Removal and installation took less time than I had expected.

True workmanship is not easy to come by, particularly when it comes to the HVAC needs for your home or office, or even your business for that matter.

Tri State Air did a fantastic job. Everything was done on time, neatly, and with special attention to detail.

These guys are truly professional, their prices are quite reasonable, so all I can say is that if you are considering either a first-time installation or upgrading your existing HVAC system, look no further.

Serge was very infomative. He explained the process very clearly. He answered every question l had very patiently. We made an appointment to come the following week. He was promptly on time. Serge an his assistant did a remarkable job. After interviewing many, I am very happy l chose him to do the job. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the system. He's neat, honest and did a fantastic job. After seeing what he did, my daughter is also hiring himhim.

Serge did a great job. He was able to schedule me surprisingly quickly, considering the season, ensured that my installation was safe and did it quickly and efficiently, completed in record time for a very reasonable price.

I installed Split unit AC in 2014, 5 years ago. Tri State Air did a great job: they installed the 5 units (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen) exactly in the locations that my wife selected. Our house is 90 years old and it is complicated to install the units in the selected locations. It is a real pleasure to have this type of AC: you can have in each room the temperature you prefer - it works both ways so in winter you can use it as a heater to increase the temperature in a specific bedroom. (I myself prefer it to be cooler, but for the children we sometimes turned on the AC as a heater).
The price was very reasonable (we checked 3 other companies). We had a 5 years warranty and at the end of the 4th year one of the units was leaking- it was a manufacturer problem. I called Tri State Air, they immediately came, tested the units, found the problem, got a replacement (for free) from Fujitsu and installed it.
I would highly recommend this company for split unit AC installation.

Best prices and excellent service. State of the art equipment works perfectly - heat & air in six rooms. Do not know how we lived without it. The customer service is second to none! Saves a load of money on utility bills. Don't forget - it looks terrific as well!

The service was top notch punctual reliable and we love every minute of our ductless units. They are energy efficient and save us monthly heating and cooling. Tri-state is terrific.
