Stanley Ruth

Not good. I did some research and they charge over twice what their competitors charge for the same services and products. This is unfortunate and a clear abuse of their market advantage (many city co ops list them as an approved vendor for installations and it's time consuming and expensive to use others).

In the midst of the heat wave and despite the huge demands on them the Stanley Ruth service team responded promptly to address my ac unit repair needs and kept me posted (notably Colby and David) on the status of their efforts.

I have been with Stanley Ruth for over thirty years. They are knowledgeable and efficient. I have never had a problem or a complaint.
