This company did quality work and have the most experience members who will fit central air units and ductwork into the tightest spots ever and will get the job done as well as there top notch service staff who take great care and pride in providing high quality work in maintaining the units after they were installed and I can't forget the lovely customer service "Rachel" who was very helpful in setting up appointments and helping me with all the details I needed to sort out. You will never regret calling this company, but you will regret not calling them as they are the best. I give them 100 stars 🌟

I was charged $843.78 for this company to come and add coolant to my small AC wall system. The same company came out last year for the same exact job. They charged then $413.12. When I asked them why the same job cost more than double they explained they now have a policy where they send out two people per job and bill for each person's travel time and labor. I told them it was not my business how many people they send out and how many vehicles they send out-- $843.78 to add coolant only and charging twice as much as the previous year for the same job is not acceptable. After three weeks of back and forth they then came back with the excuse that their workers had to wait an hour before getting in the apartment. My tenant denies this claim and says they were let in as soon as they arrived. Long story short, if you are comfortable paying $843.78 to add coolant to a small system servicing a one bedroom apartment and are not worried should they may send three people or more and charge for each person's travel time and each person's labor as a separate line item, this company is for you!
