I have used Eddie a couple of times when my heating unit decides to not work properly. Eddie is an honest reliable person. Prices are upfront and up to par with others. Eddie has helped me through FaceTime to restart my furnace without a charge to me at all. Could’ve very easily taken advantage of the situation but didn’t. I have recommended him to others as well. I give him 5 stars for honesty and professionalism. In these uncertain times it’s a blessing to come across good people.

Eddie was not only professional but an honest person wanting to do the best work. He was reliable, and gave us great advice on the best way to get the work done. I would highly recommend his services.

Whatever you do take my advice and do not use this company
I was recommended to use them and should have known better after the first visit
After calling technical support the problem was diagnosed and after I bought the necessary gaskets and part ($75) they came back to install and take care of the issue
They ended up using only 1 part (filter)
cleaned the heating unit and ran a diagnosis.
Never changed the gaskets
$950 dollars later the problem still exists And I had to use a different company

Even if this is the last company on Earth do not use them and if this ever gets back to the owner

After paying hundreds of dollars for a plumber to tell me I had no power to my boiler and paying several hundreds for an electrician to provide the power, the thermostat was still not communicating with the boiler. I desperately called around 6am to find help. Eddie answered the phone and spent time with me over the phone trying to help before scheduling an appointment. I initially wasn't't able to fix the issue but after making the appointment I called him back because I kept working on it and was able to get things working. I offered and paid a consultation fee because he spent about 1/2 hr with me on the phone. I really appreciate
his help. If I have a problem in the future with my boiler I will definitely contact Eddie of Hands On Heating.

I bought a couple of thermo cut on Sat, Feb 24 at about 1:30 pm. This thermo cut costs no more than $8. The owner, Eddie Garcia sold them to me for $25 each. I thought he made a mistake and I called the following Monday so that I would get a refund for the extra-charge. Garcia told me that because he was open extra hours on a Saturday (1:30 pm), he had to charge more for parts to cover his extra-costs. I understand if he charges a couple of extra dollars, but. AT LEAST $17 MORE FOR EACH. Let me tell you Garcia: THAT'S CALLED A RIPOFF!!!

Our gas furnace was not working and we had several people work on it and they would get it going for a while but then it would conk out. We had a friend of the family help us and he was stumped. I found Eddie from Hands on Heating thru a google search and he was so helpful. My husband explained what was happening and Eddie came over that afternoon and got the heat going. We had questions later on and the regulator was not working so Eddie talked my husband thru what to do.
I highly recommend Hands on Heating and Eddie stands behind his work, clearly explaining what needs to be done, working efficiently and within a reasonable cost.

This guys charged me 1200 for a 300 hundred pump and never tolld me the price.its a tricker .my boiler with a seal of 1 dollar or 2 bucbs dollars they will fix it but change the pump of 300 hundred bucks and give me a bill of 1400 and i told him not ais and abuse but any way i paid 1200 buckcks for the job.wacth out call another company.

At the request of my wife I was asked to remove my original review. So let's just say that I was very dissatisfied with this company. You can review some of the other post and make your own decision.

Called and had a few questions about a motor that wasn’t working and they were extremely helpful even though they did not carry the parts in stock. Offered to order them but it was a very time sensitive job

My boiler broke down after the flood and I called them today and in a matter of 30 minutes they were here and my boiler is working. I am so appreciative of what they did.
