Never again! Pay the OEM to service your equipment because it will probably be cheaper.

In response to owner. Your "good customer service" included the inability to provide me with a quote prior to the work. Your "good customer service" was the promise of completing the work in a week and taking 2 months and many phone calls. Your "good customer service" was telling "yes it'll be cheap" then charging me $600 for a part when the entire machine was worth less than that. Your "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE" was making decisions on my behalf without my consent then making me pay for it.

Do not pretend that you made a special trip to fix my equipment. You hold the service account for Skyfood Equipment and the manufacturer sent you under warranty. It was my misfortune to ask that you fix my other equipment.

They came to us four different times to fix the same problem, each time the problem returned an hour after the tech left. They said they would return again in a few days to fix it, but no one showed up for the scheduled appointment, and then they just went MIA. I haven't been able to get a hold of them at all. They're screening my calls, and not answering to emails. I mean, just be human and say you can't fix it, so we can find a different company to do it, and get back to having a functional dishwasher. Going MIA is weird, childish, and extremely unprofessional.

Extremely quick and efficient service! My A/C went out and within 24 hours, sergtec replaced the parts and got my hvac equipment running asap for a fraction of what others were charging. Thank you!!!
