Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating

I found Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating after a thorough research and after reading their great reviews I called them. They were quick to make an appointment. I was very impressed with the young man who worked on our air conditioning unit. He was helpful and knowledgeable. And he got the unit to working efficiently without necessarily asking for an increased payment! I will not hesitate to recommend their service. Very happy customer.

This company (Premium Home Service, which you're connected to when you call the number listed here) wasted my whole day and I would recommend staying far away from them. I believe this is a scam.

I called them and was excited that they'd service my home on Christmas Eve. I was told someone would show up to my home to fix a heating problem between 11:15 am - 2:15 pm, and that a technician would call 30 minutes before arrival. They asked if I'd rather pay $200 for a service visit, or $149 for a membership package. Of course, I opted for the membership package because it's cheaper and gives you other benefits, like discounted, "premium" service.

At 1:55 pm I called the service center because no one had called or shown up. I should also note that the number they tell you to call for "priority service" rang twice and hung up on me, two times, before I actually got through. Once I did get through, a representative told me that someone would be there within an hour. I waited until 3:30 and still, no one showed up. I immediately called to cancel the appointment and my membership.

After that, I noticed that most of the reviews on here are a bit too perfect and kind of fishy. None of them seem real. It also has a few pretty terrible ratings via the Better Business Bureau.

Made an appointment for today, was given a 3-hour window and requested I pay $300 upfront, which I did. Of course nobody shows up and/or bothers to update. When I call at 5pm I speak with Nina, who is incredibly rude and casually mentions no technicians are available today. She “kindly” offers to send someone else in 3 days… don’t use this company it’s a scam.

Used Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating company a couple of times and I have never had a problem with their service. They are always on time and super professional. Tony has been my technician on both occasions and he has always been clear on everything he does. He got our furnace working in no time. Would recommend him highly.

Jim is a knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy technician. When it comes to having our HVAC serviced or if there's a problem, he and Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating are the only ones we call. Jim always fixes and repairs whatever needs to be done on our system on time and in a very professional manner. We would absolutely recommend Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating. Great company!

We had a system that was very old that stopped working and we decided it was time for replacement. Jim, came out and made great recommendations, and because we didn't have heat - he scheduled our installation the following day. We were very pleased with the service we received today and would highly recommend Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating!!

Using Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating is a great choice. My first experience is a complicated leak that needs to be seen in " action" and so I wasn't charged for the initial visit which is a first in my book! I did have a frozen pipe last month and Jimmy sent one of his staff and it was fixed promptly and professionally and reasonably.

Their stewards are extremely diplomatic, skilled and kind. You couldn’t ask for more. You won’t be disappointed with any HVAC work done by them!!

I called Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating and they showed up shortly afterwards and gave a free estimate. The price for the repair was reasonable so he got straight to work and finished the job within an hour . The problem was fixed quickly than I had thought. I definitely recommend this company to all in need of emergency heating and cooling services.
