Scammers, over charged, poor service, broke our AC Unit cover and refused to fix it, blamed our building staff, screamed at us and hung up the call. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I have used Amsterdam Air Cooling to repair my air conditioners for many years. I have never had a problem with them. I have even recommended them to many people in my building. They always fix the problem, and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

A total con. The owner sells you on expensive repair and servicing options that simply do not work. And then they do not call you back nor do they stand behind their work. Use only if you wish to lose your money. The good reviews are clearly made up.

Terrible service! Not responsive to phone calls and have very poor customer service. Took at least a month for them to follow up post the initial evaluation of my dryer. Then when they finally scheduled a date to service I waited for service rep to show up for 3 hours and did not receive a phone call or any notification when he did not show up during scheduled time frame. I would not recommend this service to ANYONE!!

Great people great service they know all about air conditioning and refrigeration and Heating plus all the repairs.
It's just like being with family
