The office personnel was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a unit installed by another company. The technician called me back and tried his best to trouble shoot over the phone, which was completely unnecessary as they did not install it originally. He was able to figure out the issue and correct it on his visit. They installed another unit in my apartment and I haven't had a single issue with it. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

Incredibly professional. First, the workers were very clean in the apartment and an excellent job cleaning and repairing the older units.. When we replaced a unit they suggested a more basic model based on the size of the apartment. I appreciated their efforts not to 'sell up', nor push for us to immediately replace our older units. They also give good tips and advice as it related to care for the units better.

The company had ordered a system for me back in June, it is now January. I understand that these things can take time, but the customer service was terrible. I would call and request updates and they claimed they would call me back but it would never happen. I had to tell them to cancel the order because i couldn’t trust that they were even looking into it for me.
