One of my tenants hot water stopped working . of course this was over the weekend . I was personalty unavailable out of town so the tenant called Cartwright's plumbing of Santa Fe. Cartwright's gave a bid to replace the electric water-heater of over $5,000.00 and told my tenant the water heater was no good and could not be repaired and was over 21 yrs old .(impossible because property was built 10 years ago) . Upon my return to town and To the office on Monday i had LOBOTECH come out for a second opinion .The owner Robert Martinez came out himself Turns out the problem was some sort of burnt element that happens at times he said ,it just gave out but the water heater was fine and did not need replacement . He replaced the part and invoice was around $300.00 . I appreciate the honesty and integrity this company has. I give lobotect 10 stars out of five . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! PS : Stay away from Cartwrights of Santa F THIEVES !!!!

Lobotech technician called to tell me they would be late but they lied to me repeatedly about when they would arrive so I drove 25 minutes and waited for 40 more minutes in the cold then had to leave for an appointment they knew about. They never called me after but now say they did work. Then the technician mocked me instead of apologizing when I finally tracked her down to find out what happened and why she wasted my morning. Turns out they didn't fix anything but want to charge for the visit.

This is a great company headed by an awesome leader - Robert Martinez - who I've known for close to 20 years. His brother Dominick and all the people that work there are professionals with a good sense of humor - a real bonus. They won't disappoint- no unnecessary work done - all top notch. Give them a try.

Had a concern about moisture damage to an interior wall. Thought there might be a leak. Lobo Tech came out and identified the problem quickly and helped get me to a resolution. Very pleased with the service.

They did work for my business. Very poorly done and horrible customer service. The only reason why they were hired by our landlord because they were the cheapest option!
