I am happy to share my positive experience with LoboTech. The employees I interacted with were all professional, dependable, honest and efficient. I’ve used them for my a/c installation and furnace maintenance and will use them again as needed.

Refused to give a receipt after multiple requests. Very unprofessional

Edit: not confused, Peter was the one who did the work opening up a boiler drain, I texted him multiple times for a receipt and called the office and never got a response or a receipt

We built our home in 2009 Robert provided all our plumbing needs at a great price for our new home we did change a few things based off his professional recommendation which worked out better for us, all work was completed in a timely and professional manner great people to have working for you.

The staff was professional and fast. They did everything they said they would do and work was done correctly and when they said it would be done.

Wasted a week. Made a plan to come look at the job and never showed. When I called to reschedule I was told a few time they would get back to me. It quickly became obvious that they were not going to make or stick to a schedule.

We needed immediate attention for a problem with our toilet and septic tank plumbing and within a couple of hours, we received rapid, excellent service from Brianna. The dispatcher also called me back immediately when locating an available plumber. All around - EXCELLENT service! Will definitely rely on Lobo Tech again (hopefully not too soon, though...)!

The sewage grinder pump at my house stopped working. Lobo Tech said the pump was burned out from rags and must be replaced, at a cost of nearly $3000. I called another plumber for a second opinion, and the second plumber found that the outlet wasn't working where the pump was plugged in; that plumber ran an extension cord to the sewage pump and then the pump worked fine. I don't expect a plumber to be an electrician, but a plumber's electrical knowledge and skills should include "plug in the sewage pump."

I won't call Lobo Tech again.

Referral Warning - Lobotech Plumbing. Unfortunate experience with this company this week. They originally installed a boiler last year and it was time for an annual inspection. They missed two scheduled appointments and late for the third. Expressed my frustration with the inconvenience to the service technician who became argumentative and called me an "#$$"!! My understanding is that they are having staffing issues. However, that doesn't excuse poor customer service. Paid $103 for a five minute inspection and subjected to a circular argument. Beware!

I WOULD recommend Glorieta Creek Mechanical and will use them exclusively going forward.

My realtor referred me to them and they were fast to respond and on time which is a huge challenge to find in Santa Fe. My home was roughed in for a swamp cooler but it was never installed. Been up and running for about an hour or so now and it's much cooler in my house. Things always cost more than you think they will when you own home but given the hotter temps this was worth it and should easily be able to recoup the cost on resale.
