This is worst company I've ever dealt with!!! Rude , Incompetent No communication and never on time! Save yourself a Giant Headache and use anyone else!!!

Have used Lobo Tech twice. The first experience was ok (though one of the repairs they said was completed, leaking valve, was not completed) but the second experience (after two missed appointments) was horrible. Net:net they do OK work but will take advantage by charging for obvious mistakes (had to make two parts runs for a two part job) and excessive errand time (2.5 hours). Very unprofessional.

The water heater started leaking on my recently purchased home that was covered by a home warranty. The warranty company told me a service provider was assigned and before that day was over, Lobo Tech contacted me to schedule the replacement. The techs showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and had the new unit operable in less than two hours. I couldn't be happier with the quality service I received.

Came out twice to fix leak on evaporative cooler which was obvious and they could not figure it out and acted as if we were the problem. Came out twice to fix a leaking faucet finally figured it out again acted as if we were the problem. Pulled out our steam shower and never came back!! Horrible. Unqualified. Incompetent. Would never use them again. Will recommend to my home insurance that they be disqualified.

Lobo Tech has been taking care of my plumbing needs for several years. They are knowledgeable, professional, polite, and fair. They are able to diagnose the problem, explain it, and get it fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

We had a water pipe leak under concrete floor in Los Alamos. Lobo Tech responded to our request very quickly. They came the same day we called. They identified the issue and started to work on it right away. They came back next day to complete. They are reliable and polite. Highly recommend. The installer was very prompt, courteous, and left everything in a clean condition. The price was fantastic as compared to other local companies for the identical furnace. We have already used them again.
