Good guy who know his stuff! I had water leaking on my kitchen floor and turns out it was a bad pull out hose from my kitchen faucet. Rather than taking out the easy and more expensive way of putting in a new faucet, Joe was able to fit a new hose on instead! Bravo!

Update....recently had a wobbling patio ceiling fan issue and sure enough Joe was able to fix it instead of having to buy a new one! He rewired a bad kitchen outlet too. So not only is he "Joe The Plumber" but Joe The Electrician as well! Actually it should be Joe The Best!
