This company came out exactly when they said they would (even on short notice) and Julio was knowledgeable, honest and professional. He did the repair and had us back up and cooling off within 30 minutes of his arrival. We will definitely use them when we replace our A/C refrigeration unit. Excellent customer service….
Not only do they not know how to keep an appointment time, they lie about showing up and then get rude with you when it has to be rescheduled. The woman who does the scheduling has 0 people skills. She called me before 8 am (they weren't supposed to be at my house until 8 or after) woke me up being snotty and then said the tec was at my door and no one was answering....he wasn't even in my driveway yet. If your looking for professionals look elsewhere.
I recently hired this company to install 2 new Carrier HVACs on my home. The whole process was fantastic. The install team was very professional and the estimator was also great and very responsive to calls. We love the new systems!

Julio was on-time and even early. He was very professional and good natured and drained my coolers and winterized them and then turned on my heaters and double checked for any gas leaks, etc.
I was talking to a friend about HVAC when she told me not to use Gray because there were several problems that they needed to come out and fix but then my friend found out they never got the permit to put her a/c unit in so there was no inspection. My friend paid them for both and it wasn't done. Now she can't use her unit, afraid she will get in trouble or something bad will happen.
If i could give 0 stars I would. I had to wait 6 days for a part to come in for my ac. The repairman said he needed another part to finish the repair, and would come back the next day with the part. Next day was a Friday, and he never showed. In total myself and my family (2 young kids) have been without ac for 10 days in the middle of summer IF he shows on Monday. The repair has not been done, and we have heard no update from Gray AC during this entire time. Terrible customer service.
I got this company to fix a duct problem they came out and diagnosed the problem told me they would call me with an estimate and the failed to do so 6 months later after call after call nothing ever happened and I had to get it fixed some other way. I would not use them again for anything. 2 years later I am still getting bills for the work that was incomplete. I will not pay for a diagnostic fee twice.

I had no idea that I’d accidentally BLOCKED Don’s phone number, thinking that it was just another ROBO CALL..he’s the very hard workers (one of 3) who installed my Tankless Water Heater ..he’d tried to get me Numerous times!!!
