Hector has taken care of my HVAC needs for more than 13 years. He is reliable, honest and hard-working. The original HVAC system I had was installed by a contractor hired by the builder of my home. When it started to fail (it was not such a great unit), it was during the heat of the summer. Hector came out right away (it was a weekend) and got it to run until he could install a replacement unit several days later. The new unit has performed flawlessly. He does not cut corners and he takes great pride in his work. In the past, I have had poor luck with other companies, but I have had great luck with Hector. He is the best.

I received excellent service from Polar Breeze. Polar Breeze responded to my call the same day. Polar Breeze drove to my home and picked up three portable stand alone refrigeration units free of charge. Polar Breeze completed the seasonal cleaning and coolant recharging for the three units the very next day. Since I only required a seasonal cleaning and coolant recharge, I was charged a flat rate of $75 dollars per unit. I was informed in advance that depending on the equipment needed for the servicing that I may be charged up to $85 per unit. I was also informed in advance that if the units were broken then there would be a diagnostic fee charged if I wanted them to perform repair services, however my units were not broken and only required the seasonal cleaning and recharging. I was not charged a diagnostic or service repair fee. The customer service was excellent; the employees were kind, courteous, and respectful. The necessary communication regarding services and delivery was clear. Polar Breeze was prompt regarding pick-up and delivery time. I was given a valid receipt for the services rendered. I would definitely recommend Polar Breeze to family and friends; also I will be utilizing Polar Breeze services in the future.
